Nukara Reputation: Cannot Start

I am unable to access any features of the Nukara Reputation, which is currently at level 0. For instance, I have 235 Nukara marks, plenty of XP and EC, but when I "select an active project" and hit "select," the button goes gray and it does not allow me to complete either the daily or the hourly. None of the requirements (Marks, XP, EC) fill in either. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Providing screen shots of what you are seeing helps greatly. If you can post some that would help move along your issue more quickly up the chain.

    Thanks. I'd be happy to do that but the only image upload option I see requires an image URL. I used IMGUR to try and create an image URL and added it to this post but nothing shows up. This is what it gave me:

    I believe the problem lies in perhaps mission an "Incoming Hail" often seen in Sector Space when in the Beta Quadrant.
    Look for it around the edge of your screen, usually near the bottom right.
    You should be able to acquire the mission 'Hot Lead'.

    It's a great suggestion. I had not completed the mission up to this point,, but i just did but it didn't make a difference. I am still unable to access the Nukara reparations system.
