I have noticed this as well. Have you created a ticket and gotten any response? As to the promotion issue. The workaround is to form a team with the character you want to promote. Not ideal. You have to do that to invite additional characters after the first as well. I would love to have the login information as well!

Not on the radar for two years?? That's just a failure to read what's been reported again and again. If the test server isn't matching up to the live servers performance, that is a serious issue.

Absolutely not. Sullen, moody, mentally unstable (Omega Crisis) not to mention she is a habitual and notorious Temporal terrorist. Second she got back the temporal investigations department should have made her disappear. They just take her in a dark room activate a temporal beacon and she's reintegrated with her future…

Its terrible. All the characters I had on Qo'nos are totally unusable now. I need them for the event. Test the patches before you release them cryptic! They break more than they fix, seriously!

No problems with Queues, but Reputation is BROKE TRIBBLE! All contributions say 0 and won't budge even though I have plenty energy, experience points, etc. I submitted a trouble ticket but no response, no fix, no apologies.
