Colony and Starbase Leaderboards broken, reminder of missing Fleet Admin tools as well.

Currently both the Fleet Colony and Starbase Leaderboards are broken when attempting to sort by names. This issue seems to be effecting older Fleets. Basically as more names are added to each leaderboard we slowly lose the ability to sort by lower names, in my Fleet's case the letters A-F. Attempting to sort by any name starting with A-F will fail, defaulting instead to the letter Z. On console this is a significant issue since we are still missing multiple Fleet admin tools from PC, specifically the ability to see a Fleet members total Fleet Credit contributions. On console we have to manually add Fleet Credits earned from every leaderboard for a specific member to determine eligibility for rank promotion. Console is also still missing Officer Notes, ability to view a members last log in date and we're still effected by the alt promotion bug(if a member has 2+ characters in a Fleet attempting to promote one usually promotes a different character instead).

As to the promotion issue. The workaround is to form a team with the character you want to promote. Not ideal. You have to do that to invite additional characters after the first as well. I would love to have the login information as well!

Yep I'm aware of all the workarounds(team invite for promotion, blank inspect screen if someone has been inactive 30 days etc), just hopeful these issues might finally be addressed for console players. I filed a bug report on all these issues, generic "I'll pass it along" response.
