Not spawning, or spawning in wall/under floor.
This has been getting reported since 2021....

    Many times, yes...
    Beaming out & replaying that particular section of the mission can sometimes cause him to spawn in the right place, but it could take a few attempts.

    I wish they fixed this too. But sometimes these things don’t get fixed because the problem doesn’t happen on the test server. Sometimes the intermittent issues only happen in the holodeck server because of the volume of instances. As unluckily as it seems. Every time we have a problem loading it right, it could be working correctly in 20 other instances, and it only seems like a common problem for those of us who play this episode a lot on the main server. Maybe that is what happening. But the more likely reason is that it isn’t probably even on the QA radar. Hopefully more posts like this will make it better known.

    Not on the radar for two years?? That's just a failure to read what's been reported again and again. If the test server isn't matching up to the live servers performance, that is a serious issue.
