Servers have been down for almost 2 hours. This is an exceptionally long time to have a server outage. How have the engineers not isolated the problem in 2 hours? Are you understaffed?

The Devs on Forsaken World and Blacklight (who use arc and were down) now say they are up and running. These games have a much smaller payer base. Why is STO, and NW still down?

NW, STO and CO are down. I'm thinking the entire PW / ARC system is down. What concerns me is I have not heard anything from PW, especially since this is a major gaming day for people, being new years eve.

Guys, stop patching! I started patching right when servers went up and it was patching at a reasonable speed, then suddenly at 98%, it grinds to a trickle. So I say everyone stop patching for a couple minutes and let mine finish!

You do realize that different people work on different areas of the game. Just because they have some artists working on this doesn't mean they aren't working on other projects and it doesn't mean other staff members aren't addressing bugs. Omega Particle here I come!!!! I imagine 7 of 9 would take an interest in the particle showing up..... I'm assuming it's the Omega Particle since it is one of the few things in Star Trek Lore that can make warp travel impossible for 100's of lightyears.

Some part of me keeps thinking REDACTED is the Omega Particle.... But then again, it also sounds like a faction of some sort like the Iconians.... Maybe I keep thinking Omega because I recently watched that episode.
