Same card, same problem here. If you go up to Options on the loader and select "Safe Mode" and deselect "Full Screen" it should load. It will be a tad laggy, and you will need to reset it (in-game) to fullscreen/resolution each time, but at least you can play. It has to do with the Pixal Shaders not loading correctly. They…

My Remans keep the lights turned off in Engineering. My captain has hit his head several times, so now he stays on the bridge and just yells back to the Engineering. (Scimitars...worst bridge ever) As for planetside, my Remans always wear hoods and goggles. Like I told them to do. *raises his pimp hand* You know, politely.

Technically speaking, Starfleet isn't a military organization. Sure, they have ranks and guns that go pew pew with space lasers.
