100 ec per deal is a very good deal that I haven't seen in game since the last big dil macro farmer I knew got banned. Keys are 2.35mil all day now. Closer to 2.4. lets say 2.3 for sake of argument. I totally agree with the op. One change I would make though to your suggestion is that BoFFs only be allowed to be used on NON elite que'd maps. assuming the map has an elite counterpart.
