The characters were of every faction Federation, Klingon, Romulan, and Dominion though the Romulan and Dominion characters were Federation aligned. Various species Catian, Reman, Human, Ferasan, Klingon and Jem-Hedar and were all male.

I was playing on Nimbus III and every time I would fire my characters phaser rifle or my bridge officers fired their phaser rifles the phaser fire sound effects would be silent. I am not sure if this is effecting all maps or all phaser weapons but so far I have tested the 24th century phaser rifle and a standard mk 12…

I was playing my character and decided to join a PvE mission to claim my daily event progress for the Emperor's Will Event; however, when the PvE mission finished no daily progress token was given. I tried Iupiter Iratus and a few other PvE event queue to no avail. Please help! Thank you

This has been fixed thank you. It turns out that all my reputation abilities were deselected for some reason. I have put them all back into their respective slots and everything is back to normal now. Thank you.
