Nope, there is not even enough fleeties online at the same time to form a 5 man SP team, let alone a premade. It would need a miracle at this point in time to bring life back to PvP. And with Cryptics skeleton crew and the game in maintenance mode I can hardly see that happening.

Tacs dont really favor this set, because A.) they have to waste 2 weapon slots for it and B.) All hands on deck along with Reciprocity is enough for all their cooldown needs.
