$50.00 = 5,000 + 300 + 750 The 5,000 zen is for the $50 purchase. The 300 zen is Perfect World's bonus zen for the $50 purchase. The 750 zen is Ultimate Game Card's 15% bonus for using their card for purchasing zen. Hopefully, that helps clear things up.

What ship do you fly? It might have to do with the BOFFs slotted in the ship used and using the same BOFFs on your away team. Other than that, we would need a dev to come in to explain how the system works for this case. I fly the Regent and have 6 BOFFs (2 tac, 2 eng, 2 sci). I use both my sci and eng BOFFs on away teams,…

If you only have 4 BOFFs and they are all on your away team with you, the game uses a random placeholder character in place of your BOFFs for suggestions on ground missions. Once you have more than 4 BOFFs, it will start using the ones that aren't on your away team.
