Like many people here have stated, "I'll believe it when I see it". Before the end of year usually means December, which I really doubt because that's the time for the winter event, in which most likely they'll be working on the winter free ship and winter event competition. Chances are it'll be in February.

Sorry, I hate to be a party-pooper, but you won't be getting a discount. Discounts are based on retrofits (basically a 2000 price zen ships like armitage, excelsior), not refits. :(

I would like to also add, Rom players are also allowed to use FED/KDF console from those ships on their warbirds as well (i.e leech, aceton, antimatter spread, etc.).

I have no problems with you disagreeing that the ship doesn't feel like a Romulan ship. And you're right, it doesn't. But like I said on my first reply, if that's the case, the KDF timeship doesn't feel like a klingon ship, and you replied that you don't care about the KDF side. I don't think you understand the original disagreement. He state the romulan space trait was useless based upon the TIMESHIP, so please enlighten me how the KDF ground trait is useful on the timeship?

It's all fair, you're making your opinion heard, and so am I. As for the racially built trait, at least the romulan has a built in SPACE trait, unlike the klingon which is a GROUND trait, so you're point of wasting a trait is invalid. Btw, you don't get to tell cryptic what to do either.

Stop griping, the Klingon destroyer and science vessels have no cloaks either (not even a regular one). Rom players been wanting a good science vessel, well here you go. Be glad they actually created a timeship, which IMO looks nice. At least now Rom captains can have Rom ships with equal power to their fed/kdf…

The original Defiant did not come with a cloaking device. The device was added only when they needed a way to contact the Dominion. Therefore this game is staying true to what the Defiant is supposed to be (no integral cloak).

Eve start off as a subcription base game, there is no way to grind in a free trial period that much ingame currency to get free monthly subscription. You literally have to pay 3 months of subscription to be able to get to a point when you're able to grind out consistant ingame credits to payoff monthly subscription fees.…

Can I make a suggestion? Since you guys made it where when summoning, it won't replace the fighter, can you make it where if you have a full compliment, that it will heal your pets instead. That way they stay longer in the fight? Maybe like the icon becomes a engineering team for the closet pet or something.

I like to thank NoP (or SFD) for the invites to my toons for the hangar pets. It would've cost me an arm & a leg to get hangars pets for my toons. You guys are doing a good service to the KDF players & community. Way to stick it to those greedy fleets.

All I hear is whining from you. A romulan player can have access to both KDF/Fed Boffs. And yet you feel you want to quit because the Reman Boff isn't cheap enough for you? Don't let the door hit you on your way out.

You forgot to add that fleet T'varo is a Tier 1 Fleet ship, while Hoh'Sus and Brel are tier 4,5, which takes much harder/longer to reach. What doesn't even make more sense is, why would you create a romulan that just use federation ships? Why not make a fed character that looks like a romulan or remen? Romulan racial traits doesn't benefit fed ships

Romulan characters aren't allowed to use any of the their allies's tier 5 or higher ships. This was mentioned before the expansion.

YES, this is a major bug with KDF-Rom and possibly newly created KDF players right now.

PERTAINING TO ROMULAN-KDF (and possible newly created KDF) 1. Cannot get lore missions, PvP Arena/CnH missions (dilitium award mission), Empire Defense, etc. 2. Bridge officer in Qo'Nos cannot train romulan bridge officer (and vice versa)
