Same issue here. Game crashed after drawing Miner Instabilities Advanced in a random queue. I've been seeing the same issue too across multiple captains since the last patch.

I also saw no change in my campaign progress after the patch. Didn't get the missing 50 progress from day 1 as promised in today's patch notes.

That would be great news if they can chase this even if a fix doesn't come until next year. An accolade and the unlock for purchasing a few special duty officers may not be game breaking, but it is a downer to have a character you've invested maybe hundreds of hours in to not be able to do something so simple year after…

I'm missing several traits again from all my toons since the patch too.

For clarity, it was also not available for reclaim from the temporal agent vendor.

For additional context, I was able to open the ship and trait as well, just not the marks box from what I've tried so far.

I am seeing a similar problem with my captains. I also noticed that at least one of my captains can no longer reengineer for the same mods as I had previously on other captains. It seems like [Kperf] is no longer accessible as an option for some of the mod slots.

I have this same issue, and my affected character was definitely created and started the quest chain prior to the Lighting 2.0 change. I'm seeing the same issue. Also not sure if this is correct or not, but there appears to be no animation associated with the "evil plans" emote. So many possible animations, so seems hard to believe it would just be a line of text in the chat window and nothing else....
