I know this is an old thread however, I am experiencing this on two alts. On Fed and one KDF. I made it passed the part where I collect the communications receiver and then stopped. Now the mission progress seems to be reset and I am stuck in the tutorial. Did any one find a solution or get any help with this?

I'd like to say that I think this tool has a lot of potential. I would use this virtually every day if it at least had access to the Reputation System and the Duty Officer System. I would like to have the enable/disable visuals option for armor back. It was nice to have my Boffs wear their uniforms on my bridge or in zones wear they accompanied me and be able to have them wear MACO, Omega, Voth, ect. when we are on missions/ in combat. I agree and support pretty much all of the OP's suggestion. The only thing I don't really agree on is the gold piping and striping. That is used as a sign of the Admiralty and not a fleet. I think that should at the very least be accessible to anyone who has the uniform and has reached level 40.

I suggested a Boycott of the Fleet Ships in an earlier post. If we get the word out to the in game players who don't read the forums, the Podcasters who talk about STO and Online Magazines, then we can at least make a stand before any fleet reaches a Tier V shipyard. Or maybe, just maybe the Fleet Credits you are going to have to pay for the ships anyway. Wait here's an idea maybe they should only charge Fleet Credits for the Fleet Ships in the Fleet Store.
