I generally agree with your idea however I have seen people playing Talaxian. I think you can't use the parts for BOffs because you need to buy the Talaxian BOffs through Lobi

I have crashed about 8 times tonight the crash reporter always shows it with a 588 number wonder if anyone else is getting this

NO still not working Launcher crashes at patching BOTH Neverwinter and STO!

if you "force verify" you will be locked out!!! this is where I believe the problem lies since that is when it started for me LAST WEEK before the patch

I noticed it when I tried to patch my NWN LAST WEEK as I rarely go there but now I know what broke my STO somehow I got it working again by editing windows registry (deleted all cryptic entries) but then the new STO patch broke everything again so support was telling me my computer was the problem :p

OK my game was working fine yesterday. Now when I click engage it immediately crashes. hold on what is up with the weird time stamps?! right now it is 10:22pm 3/29/2023

It sounds like you did not load up all your traits. A common thing to overlook when you are a returning player. They added all these traits etc that boost your characters. There was even a glitch which reset them. Meaning when one went into a battle you were so weak you had a very hard time surviving.

technically I do not use the overflow for "storage" what is happening is I start DOff recruitment missions for the very reason to donate to fleet however my roster is full so when the mission is complete they go to overflow the old system let me select all of them to donate this system requires you to have space to…

they can still be donated on some projects

I still cannot donate common duty officers to fleet projects in the Starbase it only shows green and above DOffs are available and on every other fleet holding the list does not show any of the higher ranked DOffs

Perhaps these colonists & prisoners get recruited? Anyway if they do not get donated they will soon turn irrelevant & only low level characters will be using them. It also only makes it harder for fleet donations without them. Many a times I used recruit colonists DOff missions to fill those common duty officer spots. It…
