The ability to toggle some of the effects in this game would be very welcome. Even if you turn off the UI the effects are still there. Can't take good battle screenshots with these effects cluttering the screen.

The Walker looks great and is fun to fly. The special ability is really powerful when the chips are down and plasma hits the fan.

It won't come back. Same reason they cap daily dilithium refining. It's all about funneling you towards spending money.

The DD is beautiful but its stats are just...blegh. Why does a Jupiter carrier get a 6 for turn when the DD only gets 5? Same for Scimitar. Agree with the 5x3 weapon arrangement. I fly a DD on my Rommie since I'm not really minmaxing that toon; mostly just RP and dilithium refining.

It's pretty messed up that they gated set bonuses behind the purchase of a physical product. Especially one that is extremely undersupplied vs. demand/

Incredibly time consuming to refine dilithium, however. This makes buying C-Store only items without real money an arduous process.

The difference is, they re-imagined a very well-defined and fleshed out species. In TOS, the Klingons were barely even fleshed out and were pretty easy to redesign. Now you have 2 full shows which involved Klingons quite deeply, one of which delved into Klingon culture very extensively. Redesigning them just because they…
