Got my answer and yes I'm disappointed. I love the game but I'm certainly not going to spend any money on it. If they decide they aren't going to support the Xbox anymore in a year from now I'll have wanted my money yet again.

I put in a ticket. I was wondering if anybody else was in my shoes is why I posted. I did not get a refund and I don't have a PC to log in to. Now that I think of it they never responded to that ticket.

From a new players perspective I've been holding off getting much gear (rep, fleet, etc) but it almost sounds like I should so I can have it to go through this upgrade process. Am I thinking anything close to right in this regard?

The details of the intel ships that came out today already mention fleet versions of them.

With the little info I've seen I think either would work. The Feaht looks like a t6 Mogai or Dhelan (or something in between) and the Aelah is a light cruiser that might just turn well enough for a good tac ship.

There are 2 things in this paragraph that I'm curious about. 1) I hadn't understood that the T5 would get an extra slot above the T6 ships. I had read it as getting the extra slot to match them. Yes. I don't think the look horrible - for another game. To me they just don't look Trek. Good to know, however, that it's the Federation that's behind probing people and cattle in rural New Mexico.

Received. Thanks very much. Trying to lay out the universals as they are is interesting. Right now I'm trying the Cmdr as an eng for survivability, both ltc as tac, and the ens as science. I'm thinking primarily PVE but I've read if you spec for PVP you'll be more than adequate for PVE. BTW just dinged 50.
