I wouldn't be surprised to see them giveaway mirror ships going forward. Why? Because especially with Admiralty being in play, it's still "something new" for people who have all the ships. And that way claiming the freebie Mirror ship doesn't take away your need/option to get the C-Store ship.

I think the big problem this game has with modeling cloaking (and the effectiveness of ship classes) in part comes down to relatively one dimensional combat where damage is overrated.
