I won't pay more than 200 dil per Zen unless its for something like a fleet ship module so any moves to organise players to lower the dil rate I would back.

The exchange rate is at 400 because players will pay that for zen.

If you want to lower the price for zen, set your buy price at say 150 dil per zen and encourage as many other players that you know to do the same. Then wait a while....

I did that myself yesterday. I realised what an idiot I was being when everyone else did what they were supposed to do and left me to get my TRIBBLE kicked. However we still got the optional, beat the Heralds and everyone lived happily ever after.

What I can't understand is why there isn't an R&D mission to replicate an already crafted item. If you have already crafted the modifier you require you should be able to use the item to create a template similar to the officer training manuals and use that to create more. It's not rocket science.

With the rubber banding issues I am having, the game, for me is unplayable. I get the same issue on 3 different connections, using 3 different service providers and on multiple computers. In England btw.

I don't see a T6 Vorcha, a T6 Mogai or a T6 Patrol Escort, I won't be wasting any money on the new ships.

Buy the fleet torkhat. It's T5U upgradable. I use it on most of my kdf chars.
