• I've been stuck at 9/10 for months. Almost as long as I've been playing. The Caitian Diaspora was pretty much my first chain mission even before I knew what chain missions were. I've finished almost every chain now and it's still stuck as 9/10. I get NADORCs far far more and they are on a 3 day cycle.
