How about this, after the loan contract is signed a period of X day begins. After that period all income of the borrower will be transferred to a credit account. This stops at the moment the credit is payed!
Gosh this is, so funny! The same three unemployed **** reading and replying to every post. Seriously don't you have a job? Or may be a family or at least friends? If you wanna talk to some one go to the barber. And if you have an inability to talk to people face to face, go and see a psychologist. Stop bugging me. And now…
How about you guys read this> http://books.google.de/books?id=Cw2RRmYT4rAC&printsec=frontcover&dq=why+do+we+pay+taxes&hl=en&sa=X&ei=ir74U6vvI-yO4gTqpYGoDw&ved=0CCAQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=why%20do%20we%20pay%20taxes&f=false I won't argue with you guys about some thing that is as old as the first human society. AND BTW, there…
May be the dev's should add, Mortgages and Mortgage-Backed-Securities as well to the game. So I could acquire enough capital to build a Jem'Hadar hatchery, with loyal soldiers who can guard me, 24/7. That would be great. Yeah, ship mortgages, everyone gets a new ship, I am lending the Mortages and selling the as MBS, why…
There are ways to manage this problem. Tax burden could be regulated by an elected secretary of treasury. Tax burden could also be set to 0%, every fleet should decide on there own if they want it or not, if they need it of not. And for the amount taxed, players shall receive fleet credits. But I get your point.
Tanks, for the contribution! I think your right, a Value added Tax would be the most appropriate thing to do. AND FOR peetapipmac Go for it and report it :-) The Tax, is a still a good Idea :D
Getting, companies with tradable stock would really be nice, if they would create a Ferengie faction. But that was just a joke. Its about the loan thing, people opposed it as if I said everyone has to eat his pants if he wants to play STO.
Well, may be it would be nice if the crafting system could benefit the fleets as well, I mean with a holding or such a thing. So Fleets could be transformed into companies, and the company stock, could be traded. That would be great. Giving players the opportunity to acquire capital, would stimulate the economy and every…
I have never said, that I have bad administration skills. But I have a life! I have a job and a family. And I prefer to use the metro or that car instead of a horse. Got it? And now don't you get me the, "I have a job and a family too" Story. If you prefer don't using such management tools, do not use them. But don't you…
Well I just think, a proper monetary system is the very core of a economy and since the crafting system gets revamped, we could get a loan system as well.
Since you are not willing to contribute to the topic I'll add an another idea, to the original one. What if the loan aggrements, would be tradable items? So you could sell them on the exchange. It would be even better if you could put the loan aggreements together and split them again. This way you could invest your money…
You can think what ever you want. That obviously won't change anything. And btw., its spelled: Hochdeutsch, not Hochedeutsch. You know, putting up allegations, on a person you do not know is not very academic. A person with a Bachelor's or even higher degree, should know that. So just contribute to the topic, or stop…
I am not native speaker. And I live in Germany. May be this explains my bad englsh, sorry for that. Did you ever talk to a french guy? Do it and you'll see that not everybody who has a Bachelors degree or a higher education can speak proper english. Btw., I've got a Bachelors degree ;) But this is not about my education,…
Well, I dont believe that we should change prices too much, so I dont like the Idea of expanding costs the bigger the fleet gets. This is a substantial threat to price stability and could let eigther to hyper inflation or a deflation wich is probably even worse. How ever I support the Idea of a fleet tax, with multiple…
Well, to be honest, I think a loan system would add a new dimension to the game. The ferengie dimension. :D Problem is that I cant loan money to strangers, I thought of a system to back loans with asstes, but I dont think that people who wanna have a loan have enough transferable asstes to back their borrowings. Thats the…
I would be damned to work as a simple bureaucrat. But you got me, I am banker :D And yes bpharma, you got a point with the argument, that a new tool adds new problems. But I think its worth it. Think of it, the loan tool would be some thing like the creation the Ferengie faction!
Well I have got good news. I just recevied a telegram from the treasuary, with regards from the secretary him self, for contibuting money to the system. Wake up, thats how everything in the world works. You pay money, in exchange for services. Your offensive attitude is telling that you are scared. I mean if you wouldn't…
I see your point. But I think everyone has to manage his risk on his own. There are several ways to manage the risk. And I must surely say I am upset because, I can't loan money to other people as I want, because such a tool is missing. But I got your point and you are right in some ways. But loosing loan to a debtor, is…
Ok, so just don't use the tool. Whats your problem with me and several other people getting such a tool? And about the risk management, I would say every body can decide for himself if he wants to loan money to some one else or not. calling in loans from Bankrupt toons is easy, you just take the incoming EC from the other…
This argument is so ridiculous. Why should anyone leave the fleet only because he has to pay 5 to 10% of his refined Dilithium? As I said, they pay much more atm., and nobody complained yet. to the contrary, they are ashamed if they only contribute the mandatory 4,000 dil.
