Posting here in the off chance that one of them will see it, and look at it as I've seen them do in the past. I'm aware that the support tickets are useless. They will make you wait two months to get a canned response on why they can't actually do anything for you.

I would give anything for an MMO that would figure out how to separate stats between PvP and PvE. You have to click on them manually. Easiest place to find them is at the bottom corner of one of the triangles. Just click, you will target, and they are REALLY easy to take down.

Sucks. I just finally got my patch done, and of course the server has to go down. Not that I really mind... from what I hear, I wont be able to use my starter pack... which means that I can't start my Rommie, as I don't want to outlevel the ship I paid for.

If you were logged in when you bought the starter pack, linking it to your account was not necessary. If it's showing as active in his account profile, then the issue isn't that he needs to link it to his account, as it already is.

The Vulcans did eventually help them, after being convinced by Ambassador Picard. The Vulcan part in it was processing the decalithium into red matter. The Jellyfish was actually given to Spock by the Daystrom Institute, and built by Geordi. The Vulcans and the Feds did help. They just got there too late.

Could have it work like WoW, where you are disabled for that 30 seconds, but you can mash the button for "release", or "abandon ship", and go to respawn if no one's healing. Actually, it would be exactly the same thing as getting killed on the ground.
