C-Store Starship Costume Work-Around

admiralgillisadmiralgillis Member Posts: 0 Arc User
So, I have the Armitage class, and have been attempting to customize my ship. Everytime I pick Armitage components, it claims I must buy the Armitage class (listed as Free under the prompt, because I already have it, and in fact am modifying an Armitage class). When I click the "buy" button, it says that I already have it in my inventory (of course I do, I'm currently editing it), but the OK button stays greyed out.

I would like to use the costume that came with the ship I paid for. Is there a work-around, or am I going to have to sit around and not get a response on my ticket (my last ticket is going on 2 weeks without a response... despite being a Gold member, and customer service being a perk of being so).

Dismiss the ship and reclaim it from the C-Store (as long as you're talking about the C-Store account-wide unlock version and not the fleet ship). Should resolve your issue :)

    Cheers,

Thanks for the response, and that worked.

However, now I cannot set my weapons to auto-fire. Probably unrelated, but I don't generally believe in coincidences (at least not when it comes to programming). Any help there?

I have never had auto fire work at all and do not have the problems you did.

If right clicking on them to set the green border doesn't work, go to Options>Controls. There's a selector for ground and space at the top, and the selector for autofire at the bottom. Make sure it's set to something other than disabled. It's a separate setting for space and ground.

That advice also goes to jetwtf - the options are generally off by default.
