I am also suddenly unable to complete my connection and time out when trying to log on after downloading the most recent update. Dear God, how old is this issue?! I too am having the same problem, I recently noticed the new title when I made a new character and I am unable to claim the title or re-do the mission on my older characters. That really, really sucks for an accolade hunter like me.

scratch that, found the post, it said she could still log into it, so it isn't PW but just a Cryptic issue.

My guess might not be right. The other thread in the technical issues section of the forum had an IT guy complaining that he even switched his IP address and he still couldn't log in. Still if it was the accounts that had bought zen that are being affected, then IP addresses wouldn't be an issue, and we might just be…

Okay, some are not having problems and some are... I read someone complaining that they had just paid into the game and now are being screwed... and I recently bought zen; could that be it? People who have bought zen recently are being affected and people who haven't aren't?

someone saying it was 7:00 his time was also affected, so there is mountain time too. also, I couldn't get on Neverwinter, so it is a PW or Cryptic thing, not just STO

Yes, some people say 7:00, others 9:00, my clock reads 10:00pm and the forums say 6:00; we're all in different time zones.

The worst part about this is that there is no clear counter of exactly how many times you need to grind this new mission to get the gear to unlock, heck, I didn't even know there was a way to unlock it in the store for the first hour until it was explained to me, very vague, no way to keep track that I can see, it's a mess.

I think this has something to do with the Honor Guard Armor Costume bug. I had no problems with my mail and chat until I got on a klingon character that had the bug where he is unable to wear the Honor Guard Costume I purchased from the Taylor. After that, I was boned.
