Error after clicking Engage

    I see a trend here, I also got the devassert: 0;Attempted to add static string "Textures:Art" after AUTO_RUNs, not allowed after a nap and then went to pick up my kids from daycare, came back and this error is there.... come on Cryptic!

    I am getting both the "Textures:Art" and "Textures:Misc" errors as well. Dunno if it helps but I'm running Windows 7 64bit.

    I just got the same problem was playing with no problem literally less than an hour ago tried to get back on a few minutes later and got the same error message

    I am getting it too.

    It must be the Orion Syndicate trying to hold the game ransom.

    Also happening here: Was worried it was my system, glad to see i'm not alone.

    I tried the Force Verify option with the same results. :(

    Yap, i'm have the same error while trying to "Engage" the game

    An hour ago i was playing whitout problems. Close the game for a half-hour and having this error now.

    Uh oh! I got it too. Could this be the result of the over-stressed server issue?
    It seems such a bad time to get it :(

    Update - my game is patching as we "speak". Fast service, possibly. We'll see what happens when it's finished...

    Yay! A patch! :D

    I was just digging through my shelf to find some old non-MMO games I never finished and came across Far Cry. If the patch doesn't work at least I'll have something to do tonight.

    **sigh** Married life on a Friday night! :rolleyes:

    This should be corrected, but you may need to download a patch for 800MB.
