Yep after double checking it looks like it was an old typo on my part, sorry.
But since that was the first one in 1,782 combos I had listed wrong I think I'm still doing pretty good with this.
Basically I've combed through every post in this thread and every other reported combo has matched the spreadsheets listed up in the first post of this thread so far. I consider what I'm doing an additional sanity check to everyone's efforts.

Actually the ironic part of this is that there is in fact a cave on Risa.
It's at the bottom of a cliff under what probably amounts to the tallest hill/mountain on Risa you can climb up to. It's down where the sea meets the cliff face so you sort or have to skim along over the rocks away from the fancy beach areas.
I found it during the beta before launch but I would assume it's still there. There's not really much in it (no vendors or anything) but it is kind of cool looking.

Well I've been holding off on posting the following list just until it got to be relatively small enough but after comparing all the posted spreadsheets in this thread and doing a bit of my own breeding which all matched the expected results we're down to 158 breeding combos which need to be verified. I'm breaking it up into two posts just to make sure it'll fit.
Once these are verified then the data for all known Tribble combos will be publicly available:
This was just before managed to get one more Romulan Osol Twist and breed my second Nielson. I plan to have/keep two of each except regular-regulars, mean healers.
The only "food" I cannot find is this Tulaberry Wine! I got this Yu at the very start of the game from a Fleet member and never spawned another. I have on me and my BOs always two, one regular healer and one either Mattson or Ricosa depending what character or BO need more and I know they use them both. My BOs have hypoes on them, but use them only if need healing during the fight, if survive end of fight will use Tribbles or regenerate.

So far all the tribbles I've bred have differing colors and patterns, but their tooltip doesn't list any powers, properties, or buffs at all. Are the buffs just not listed, or are tribbles with buffs just very rare?

I have a rare riv tribble. I want to make more rare tribbles. (I'm a RA 5, so I'm thinkin of retiring my guy to raise tribbles full time.) Can some one please give me some kind of idea what kind of food I need to put in with the little beastie to make other rare tribbles?
I 've tried all kinds of combinations of foods so far, with some success.
Currently, I've got it with Romulan Ale, and that Romulan mollusk thingy.
Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions?

The columns (up and down) are the breed of tribble designated by their 3 letter breed variety. Hover your mouse over a tribble and you'll see it's breed after the word tribble.
The Rows (left to right) are the particular food.
Put 1 tribble and 1 food item in either your inventory, bank or belt and you'll breed the tribble that is listed for that combination on the hour of your characters creation shown by typing in /played on the chat bar.
There are just too many possible combinations to detail here, that's why the spreadsheets are set up for you to use.
So I've got this whole tribble breeding thing down, but had a question regarding their powers. I know that there are 8 tiers, but other than their tier difference, what differentiates a Deangelo, Highison and Yu if they're all health regen x2?
