I completely agree with Lothic, everyone I know that might be interested in this game has tried the game sigh. And 5 for the Galaxy-X is a snowballs chance in hell. Cya in the C-Store in a year.
Well the Photonic Tribble bumped the number of Tribbles left to verify back up to 166. But it'll probably have the same breeding combos as Rivera and Borg so it shouldn't be too hard to figure out. I wonder if the Devs are going to keep tossing out new Tribble types like this this often? Getting new types is cool in principal but getting a new one every few weeks might be a bit of overkill.
It seems only the preorder Rivera and bonus Tribbles Photonic and Assimilated Borg Tribble are working.
I use the later 2 with my klingon toon.
Technically none of them should work at all. Tribbles and Klingons are mortal enemies, a result of the Klingon-Tribble war where the Empire decimated the tribble home world Iota Geminorum IV. So if they actually follow canon then NONE should work, including the bonus ones. But AFAIK, only the non-breedable bonus tribbles have worked in my experience.
The one canon exception I can think of is the Borg tribble where its assimilated and well could have its emotions/will subverted by the Borg implants. This tribble is already a stretch as it is as I know of no other example where the Borg have assimilated any non-humanoid. So, I guess they can stretch it a bit more and have it like Klingons too.
I got a bit of an issue... I play as a Jem'Hadar, and several of my BOs are as well. Anyway...
Somehow a few tribbles got into the Ketracel White... and they ate a crewmen who went into the cargobay to see what all the roaring was. Anyway all the White is gone, the Klingon crew refuse to leave the station, and did I mention the white is gone?
My KDF Alien toon can use tribbles just fine. She does the Klingon reaction emote, but gets the buff for Borg, Mattson, and the generic healing tribble my Fed main mailed her.
Interesting... I never knew photonic lifeforms could breed. Strike that, it's closer to division.
The Photonic can, not sure if the Holographic can; as I don't see it in my inventory, just on the task bar.
BTW, I updated my table a lot with some 56% and 64% food breeding results for BORG and Photonic Tribble, so check it out (all same as Rivera results, so far, as expected).
Isn't there a glitch that makes them grow instead of multiply?
In beta they would grow every time they were used. When placing them with BOffs that were constantly using them, this would result in Tribbles so large they envelop your entire away team, and sometimes nearby buildings.
I used to but Cryptic killed that whole idea when they put the Riviera on the C-Store.
Also they should make some tribbles stackable and add a lot more different variable's so there a point to breeding.
I have not seen +72% food drop in months (literally months!). This has put a crimp in my tribble breeding (I wanted to get a +2.5% tribble for each of my BOffs or for fleetmates as needed). Exchange Prices are at the usual insane levels, so that's a not a realistic option (I'm not a E-credit machine like some people I guess). Has the drop rate been significantly reduced or am I just doing ground missions in the "wrong" area (B'Tran for the most part)?
I gave my Fluidic Tribble some Blood Wine and it produced a (Dean), same as Borg & Riv.
I also gave it some 64% drinks and the results are as expected (same as Borg and Rivera so far). Added your result to my table (linked below in my signature)

Usually the biggest chance to get 72% food/drink is through the story missions, so either go close to a long story mission planet (with ground) and ask somebody to share the mission with you; or start a new toon and send the 72% food you get over to your main Tribble breeder.
Looks like the new Deferi mission reward ("Snow Tuber" 56% food from "Cold Comfort") will spark a brief round of testing to see which breeds can eat it to produce the Cryo Tribble.
So far, I've seen reports in zone chat that the Ricossa works, but the Rivera doesn't.
(The Ferengi merchant on Defera sells crates of 10 for 500 credits if anyone needs more after using up the reward crate.)
Mattson and Ricossa are confirmed for Cryo Tribble when combined with the Deferi Snow Tubers. AFAIK no other types work.
It appears the Cryo Tribble is meant to be unique. Once you have yours, you will not be able to breed it again (the tubers get eaten but now more tribbles are produced).

I think the peeps at blizzard would say," this is not a bug. Game is working as intended." Not sure what the cryptic response would be.
Look at your avatar. You already have one in RL.

So far it seems to behave like Rivera/Borg.

They don't seem to mind phaser fire...
I think we can buy the Rivierra from the C-Store now as well?
Now when can I buy the Steampunk and Grond action figures that were preorders for Champions Online?
Mechabunneh where did you get the image for your Avatar?
