As far as a wish list, I would like to see more bridges, specifically the Constitution Refit movie bridge.
I think new ship bridges/interiors are another FCT. They require a lot of work and are only likely to happen if it's needed as part of a new major story update.

In relation to requesting bridges. It has been a well known fact for while that there will be no new bridges unless the newly created bridge is used in an episode / mission etc. As it has been explained the creating of bridges to more costly in time and resources in relation to that of episodes TFO's etc. But who knows DECA might have other ideas and bring in new bridges.
1: I also would like the off duty section merged into uniform.
2: Would be nice if the dil store had a "Flagship Distress Frequency Transponder" for each faction. I'm Borg themed, so a co-op sphere/s showing up would be nice.
3:For Lifetime subs, all borg uniform "parts" open to you and boffs regardless of what species you pick.
4: A 500 zen "Temporal Ticket" that let's older characters become event characters (aka..Gamma..Temporal Agents..ect)
5:Upgrades for those last three ship traits. Added console slots are always welcome too.

We work with the cooperative (not collective) in the delta arc. A collective probe wouldn't be appropriate but liberated Borg calling on the cooperative makes sense.

Well... they do have that Quwat Milat sword, which is about as close to a Katana as you can get in game. And you could probably do a mockup of a Gi with Vadek Robes.

UI + SFX Customization Flexibility -
Would be great to have UI customization flexibility on the account. For example, as long as someone has a DSC leveled to 60, being able to use that on other FED/FED Aligned characters for warp animations/UI boxes (With the SFC logo on top left / loading screen) etc.
A borg interior / bridge would be very nice for the two ingame borg ships. (Liberated Borg Command Juggernaut & Borg Assimilator)
As far as I know the Borg do not have a physical bridge, they have specific consoles spread across the ship.
As a former Foundry content writer I know that there were some Borg interiors available. Adjusting them was also not much work for a foundry writer, this was possible within an hour.
In my opinion it is quite simple to set up an available Borg interior and apply it in the ship tailor.

I’m not big on the forums much. With social media these days the use of the forums seems obsolete since we get some much of the info there faster. But in an effort to get this wish list out there for the Devs to notice I figure I’ll post here. A guy can dream, and with a new set of leaders running this ship I wanted to get a fresh list of things I personally would like to see. I’ve played this game since the Beta testing phase, I’m a lifetime subscriber when it was first offered. Trek is my go-to game for enjoyment. I can just log in and enjoy flying through space enjoying the beauty of the game and detail of the ships. Now this is not the usual we need better PvP, more story, missions, missions, missions. This I feel is purely quality of life upgrades. Things that have been off in my opinion for a long time. I know some people will feel these requests are a waste of time and resources. And maybe they are right, but it never hurts to ask. So here goes.
• More hair styles for both male and female. And better design options. More options to tweak you appearance to look more realistic. Better beards for male characters. They all look a bit bland, not texture. You guys have some good with some of the newer hair styles. They look good. But the facial hair still looks like launch day graphics. My character is ME, and I’ve done the best I can. But I’d love a way to try and make him closer with a few more options. I’d love the ability to upload an image, and AI creates the appearance based on that upload. I know this could be an issue people trying to upload images they don’t have permissions to use like celebrity images and such so not sure how that could work. Unless the AI was smart enough to weed that out.
• The ability to change the uniforms of ALL the bridge officers like Tuvok and such. We can change a couple to match our crew’s uniform, but some are out of place. I personally like to think Starfleet keeps the standard and everyone wears the same uniform as they used to. And since the Devs seem to be updating the game more to line up with some of the things from Picard season 3, maybe switch all NPCs at Starbase’s to the current Picard season 3 duty uniform. And can we get the jacket look? Riker had a great look once they went rogue, give us all those options.
• Uniforms allow us to select an option to skin all our crew wandering the halls in the selected uniform. I hate being in my uniform of choice, but when I visit my ships interior they are in a different uniform.
You see there’s a theme starting here, I’m sure.
• Allow us to select which bridge officers will be at which stations on the bridge/ship. I hate seeing my borg bridge office (to rotting one) sitting in my first officers chair or something like that. I want my selected crew at their stations.
• I’d also like my chief engineer in engineering. Things like this would make visiting your ships interior more appealing.
• Ships interiors, can we get them fixed? When you introduced the Enterprise D bridge and interior it was perfect. More accurate sized corridors and rooms. Can we get our decks and hallways shrunk down, and more cannon accurate? Picard showed us these halls were not huge. While I’m not a fan of the darker lighting for the show I would like more cannon accurate interiors. And let’s get rid of that HUGE empty room outside the captain quarters that usually has an army of officers just wandering around. And let’s open them up. More decks with things we can do on our ships. Add a tailor, even if its just limited to being barber.
• And I love to have my shuttles interior match the shuttle design.

But if I’m going with a base model, I’d love to have the option to pick the cannon bridge and interiors that match that design. The shows art department and designers went through a lot of trouble making a world to enjoy. When you step on to your ship and it just off from when you think it should look like, cannon wise, I’m put off a bit from the fun factor.
• Holodecks, we have them, can we use them? Create a few simple missions, target practice, combat training. It could let us try out builds out and not have to learn in an actual mission your gear is sub-par. We can even have options to design the sale (difficulty) of the training. Both space and ground would be nice. I know we can’t have Dixon Hill missions and such because that would be too much to make missions we’ll rarely use, but a one and done training mission can’t be that difficult.
• Can we finally get Alpha/Beta sectors merged? Whith the Protostar’s insanely fast drive it lasts longer than the amount of space we can travel. And maybe upscale it a bit. I know it’s not going to be scale to our ships. But a bit larger, bigger sector space would feel more realistic.
• Also let’s have those random occurrences happen again. When I’m flying through sector space it would be cool to run into the Nexus ribbon and have small mission attached or get ambushed by the Breen or Gorn. And not the marker on the map you fly off to, but an actual attack. Or a distress signal you have to rescue a ship under attack, and there’s a time limit before they are destroyed. And it goes out to any ship in the area so it could be multiple ships coming to their aid like the shows have stated as the duty of any ship to respond to a distress signal. For other factions playing the “bad guy” role, they can be the attackers. And they have a time limit to destroy the ship or ships they attacked before Starfleet arrives. These are all NPC ships of course, unless they want to have a PVP enabled option.
• Can we get a new UI window that calculates travel time and distance in LY. If I set a course for Earth, it would be immersive to see how long it would take and the distance we have to get there. And even add the ability to enter in the exact speed we want to go. The slider is fine, but to be able to click a few buttons on an accurate LCARS window to set speed and engage.
• I know the game skipped Lt JG, and currently by design of the leveling system we are Admirals. But I have opted to rank my characters as Captains. If we indeed have selected the title, costume rank and such as captain, when we have game dialog can it do a check to call us captain instead of admiral? I hate reading that during the missions. I have to consciously change the word when I read it to fit my rank.
• Show accurate weapons. We have some for sure. But can we get more? And the ability to turn off the visuals on the gear like we can with some of the ships consoles and equipment? I’ve always disliked having a type 2 phaser and it has a blue holo all over it. This also goes with visual buffs that leave some kind of visual. I’d like the ability to turn those off in the options so when I activate them, I get the buffs, but I don’t see the holo on my head or a pulsating aura over my body. Best I can think of is from the abilities window have check boxes next to each ability for either hide visual or not.
• Maybe an option of the space docks as we approach the dock. Then we auto-dock perfectly. The back-and-forth pitch and yaw take some time. If it was done faster and easier it would be nice.
• One of the biggest here. Separate the factions. The way I see it we should have at least 8 factions. Federation, Klingon, Romulan, Tal Shiar (since even in TNG the average Romulan feared them), Dominion, Cardassian, Borg and Non-Aligned (thinking Star Trek The Customizable card Game from the 90s, mentality here). While the game has treaties between the Fed/Klingons and any others. Borg should be dangerous to all unless they are liberated. Tal Shiar should be a threat to all. I’d even go as far as being able to take on an optional mission as a Fed player to become section 31, ruins diplomacy but allows you to maybe have missions against the federation. For that faction you can change diplomacy to covert ops or something. Possibly even a Terren faction. And much like the Aenigma nebula for the Captain’s Table, a portal someplace in sector space the Terren faction can jump back and forth. Recreating a full-on duplicate of sector space with a few areas like Earth that has a Terren space station and such. Maybe this is how they can bring back the very first earth space dock. I’d just like to see the conflict return to the galaxy. We currently have too many treaties and allies. I know having all these factions broken up doesn’t necessarily create constant battles and fighting because that would be more PVP enabled, but it could lead to more story telling too. Breaking things up like this would allow in the future factions to be created easier. Iconian, whatever the story desires.
Just my ideas of a more fleshed out STO. And I’m sure I have a few more bouncing around in my head. Enjoy!

I can get behind most of this, but whilst the game is changing hands, the leadership hasn't really changed as a number of the top Dev's are now with DECA. What some people are forgetting is that CBS/Paramount also still have input in the game:
Holodecks we do already use. the TFO's and episode re-runs are all on the 'holodeck' as per ingame replay briefings and according to one of the Dev's a few years back, though why we have ships injuries in them is beyond me because they have no material effect on the game. That system really should be reworked to be 'live' damage and repair, which would shake up things, but we'd have to address the power-creep first.
They are absolutely not going to seperate the factions, the reason has been explained hundreds of times. It's a practical impossibility, especially given the story. Jemmy's, Roms, Cardies and Lib Borg are already integrated within the Alliance and are literally no longer 'Galactic Powers' bar the Dominion, which still keeps it's distance. Roms are decimated, as are the Cardassians, you can't just forget that BILLIONS of each have died, there would have been treated signed to this end; the Tal Shiar are not a real threat to anyone anymore, ST 2009 and the game ended them; the Borg are never going to happen, like ever, the part of the episode where you were a Borg is all you need to see this, and it's been said many times 'no'; Terrans are not happening because most folk don't play 'bad-guys' (you only need to look at the origins of the game's KDF); S31 does not operate against the Federation for the most part and are pointless outside of being Fed's because you already interact with them and on their behalf. I'll also point out the amount of Dev time that would be required to write for, and maintain at least 8 live factions is far beyond the financial capabilities of most studios bar Sony and Microsoft, nevermind DECA/Embracer.

For the 8 independent faction thing, a critical factor is that the engine would not support it without massive rewriting since the game had to be brought up in a hurry (Cryptic took it over from a company who failed to produce it, but the license had a fixed deadline for when the game had to be running, and not a lot of time left) and the only way to do it in time was to fork their Champions Online engine to build STO on. Like most superhero stuff it was "hardwired" for only two player factions: the hero side and the villain side (often referred to as "blue" and "red").
The devs came up with a good workaround in order to add Romulans (and later Odo's expeditionary force, which is realistic since the Dominion was severely damaged in the Hur'q war and probably could not maintain the long supply lines by themselves) but the two player-faction limit is actually still in place so more than two completely self-contained player factions would probably not be cost effective at all.
That aside, what I would like to see would be a lot simpler, namely some new TOS and SNW content and ships (extra points if they used Matt Jefferies's original design philosophy which included googie asthetics and golden ratio angles), along with reinstating the old Spectres arc. The new stuff wouldn't even have to be a big arc, it could be random lower-intensity missions scattered around (and after all, (to paraphrase Syndrome), if everything is wow-the-players special arcs then none of them are).
Another good thing would be continuing some of the cstore ship technology lines that have been brought out then ignored by the devs, such as T6 Vulcan and Romulan ring-drive ships, incorporating Dewan technology in some new Romulan designs, and adding some new ancient Orion ship designs (D'var is the only example of the ancient Orion design style in the game so far) to the cstore, and similar things.
Another good thing would be continuing some of the cstore ship technology lines that have been brought out then ignored by the devs, such as T6 Vulcan and Romulan ring-drive ships, incorporating Dewan technology in some new Romulan designs, and adding some new ancient Orion ship designs (D'var is the only example of the ancient Orion design style in the game so far) to the cstore, and similar things.
This is the first time I remember hearing Romulans having Ring style drives I can't remember a single Romulan ship that didn't have traditional nacelles.
I'd like a MW Federation flight deck carrier that actually looks like a carrier. Also give science carriers a secondary deflector if you insist on rolling them out. A third hangerbay would be nice but I understand that there may be practical reasons why this might not be possible.
A MW Fed Juggernaught with 5 engineering consoles would be lovely too. The Vaaduar comes close with 4 but it's ancient. Again, a Federation looking ship would be great.

This is the first time I remember hearing Romulans having Ring style drives I can't remember a single Romulan ship that didn't have traditional nacelles.
They don't have many, just the Explorer Warbirds, and they are hybrids with both a ring and a nacelle drive (which kind of makes sense for a long-range explorer since a line of dialog in ENT said the rings are faster and more efficient but less maneuverable). I would assume that such an odd hybrid arrangement would be similar to the Federation four-nacelle designs
The Taenen and Galan have full rings and the Surhuelh has a split ring, and all three of them have those over-amped singularities with the external distortion fields. And all three of those rings have the distinctive features of the inside of the Vulcan drive rings.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I'm extremely excited by this but have a gloomy hunch that it will end up as another science carrier. Or another tribbling command ship... We haven't had a Federation MW flight deck carrier since the Discoprise.
What would be interesting is if they made it a new class. It is designated as a heavy carrier so a Juggernaught/carrier hybrid would be nice.
My reservations aside, I love its visuals and a 25th century skin has been hinted at so they already have my money!

I'm extremely excited by this but have a gloomy hunch that it will end up as another science carrier. Or another tribbling command ship... We haven't had a Federation MW flight deck carrier since the Discoprise.
What would be interesting is if they made it a new class. It is designated as a heavy carrier so a Juggernaught/carrier hybrid would be nice.
My reservations aside, I love its visuals and a 25th century skin has been hinted at so they already have my money!
At that size it would be more likely to be an engineering carrier of some sort since, with a few exceptions, the science ones tend to be a bit smaller. That or a full out heavy dreadnought carrier.
The game could use a few more engineering carriers, there are only about six of them in the game and probably about five times as many science carriers.

I'm still wracking my brain on what could come with the Ark Royal. From my knowledge of SFC2... they didn't have anything unique to them to use as a console in STO. And if they wanted to keep the Kodais on the Legendary Akira they'd need a new hanger pet, which can come from Shattered Universe as there are two other fighter designs that can be brought in for a TMP era carrier.
For console... I just keep thinking of the Scatterpack Shuttles you can make in game if your ship also happens to have missile launchers.

I have a feeling they will use Kodais as the pet it comes with and add another pet as a bundle bonus (like they did with the Valor class).
It was the Valors that was the deciding factor for my purchase of the bundle over just the Typhon tbh. Although it was a fantastic bundle in general.

I would like to see a Bridge Officer trainer on K-7. Also, more jewelry and hat options. I'd love to have a nice cowboy hat. A western pistol and rig would be great as well.

There are two points of interest thought:
1. As far as i understand the Arc Royal is from the lost era. Which vessels could be brought in to fill the gap between between Excelsior and the Ambassador Class.
2. The Arc Royal is another ship from another game. So the next anniversary pack could go towards USS incusion (defiant with holographic system) although i would struggle how that would work in game. But e.g. the super weapon ships from Star trek Armada could also become available.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Actually how about using the newer mission interiors to update the ship insides?
Releasing that to players was actually intended at one point.

2: Would be nice if the dil store had a "Flagship Distress Frequency Transponder" for each faction. I'm Borg themed, so a co-op sphere/s showing up would be nice.
3:For Lifetime subs, all borg uniform "parts" open to you and boffs regardless of what species you pick.
4: A 500 zen "Temporal Ticket" that let's older characters become event characters (aka..Gamma..Temporal Agents..ect)
5:Upgrades for those last three ship traits. Added console slots are always welcome too.

We work with the cooperative (not collective) in the delta arc. A collective probe wouldn't be appropriate but liberated Borg calling on the cooperative makes sense.

Would be great to have UI customization flexibility on the account. For example, as long as someone has a DSC leveled to 60, being able to use that on other FED/FED Aligned characters for warp animations/UI boxes (With the SFC logo on top left / loading screen) etc.

As far as I know the Borg do not have a physical bridge, they have specific consoles spread across the ship.
As a former Foundry content writer I know that there were some Borg interiors available. Adjusting them was also not much work for a foundry writer, this was possible within an hour.
In my opinion it is quite simple to set up an available Borg interior and apply it in the ship tailor.
I’m not big on the forums much. With social media these days the use of the forums seems obsolete since we get some much of the info there faster. But in an effort to get this wish list out there for the Devs to notice I figure I’ll post here. A guy can dream, and with a new set of leaders running this ship I wanted to get a fresh list of things I personally would like to see. I’ve played this game since the Beta testing phase, I’m a lifetime subscriber when it was first offered. Trek is my go-to game for enjoyment. I can just log in and enjoy flying through space enjoying the beauty of the game and detail of the ships. Now this is not the usual we need better PvP, more story, missions, missions, missions. This I feel is purely quality of life upgrades. Things that have been off in my opinion for a long time. I know some people will feel these requests are a waste of time and resources. And maybe they are right, but it never hurts to ask. So here goes.
• More hair styles for both male and female. And better design options. More options to tweak you appearance to look more realistic. Better beards for male characters. They all look a bit bland, not texture. You guys have some good with some of the newer hair styles. They look good. But the facial hair still looks like launch day graphics. My character is ME, and I’ve done the best I can. But I’d love a way to try and make him closer with a few more options. I’d love the ability to upload an image, and AI creates the appearance based on that upload. I know this could be an issue people trying to upload images they don’t have permissions to use like celebrity images and such so not sure how that could work. Unless the AI was smart enough to weed that out.
• The ability to change the uniforms of ALL the bridge officers like Tuvok and such. We can change a couple to match our crew’s uniform, but some are out of place. I personally like to think Starfleet keeps the standard and everyone wears the same uniform as they used to. And since the Devs seem to be updating the game more to line up with some of the things from Picard season 3, maybe switch all NPCs at Starbase’s to the current Picard season 3 duty uniform. And can we get the jacket look? Riker had a great look once they went rogue, give us all those options.
• Uniforms allow us to select an option to skin all our crew wandering the halls in the selected uniform. I hate being in my uniform of choice, but when I visit my ships interior they are in a different uniform.
You see there’s a theme starting here, I’m sure.
• Allow us to select which bridge officers will be at which stations on the bridge/ship. I hate seeing my borg bridge office (to rotting one) sitting in my first officers chair or something like that. I want my selected crew at their stations.
• I’d also like my chief engineer in engineering. Things like this would make visiting your ships interior more appealing.
• Ships interiors, can we get them fixed? When you introduced the Enterprise D bridge and interior it was perfect. More accurate sized corridors and rooms. Can we get our decks and hallways shrunk down, and more cannon accurate? Picard showed us these halls were not huge. While I’m not a fan of the darker lighting for the show I would like more cannon accurate interiors. And let’s get rid of that HUGE empty room outside the captain quarters that usually has an army of officers just wandering around. And let’s open them up. More decks with things we can do on our ships. Add a tailor, even if its just limited to being barber.
• And I love to have my shuttles interior match the shuttle design.
• Bridges, lets get accurate bridges for each ship design, yeah let us change them if we like. Picard showed us parts of the Odyssey bridge and design, I can’t put that on my Odyssey. I like the old bridges, and those I have used when I pick custom ships. Maybe start with one ship and start switching out parts to make my own design. That’s when I tend to pick a different bridge. But if I’m going with a base model, I’d love to have the option to pick the cannon bridge and interiors that match that design. The shows art department and designers went through a lot of trouble making a world to enjoy. When you step on to your ship and it just off from when you think it should look like, cannon wise, I’m put off a bit from the fun factor.
• Holodecks, we have them, can we use them? Create a few simple missions, target practice, combat training. It could let us try out builds out and not have to learn in an actual mission your gear is sub-par. We can even have options to design the sale (difficulty) of the training. Both space and ground would be nice. I know we can’t have Dixon Hill missions and such because that would be too much to make missions we’ll rarely use, but a one and done training mission can’t be that difficult.
• Can we finally get Alpha/Beta sectors merged? Whith the Protostar’s insanely fast drive it lasts longer than the amount of space we can travel. And maybe upscale it a bit. I know it’s not going to be scale to our ships. But a bit larger, bigger sector space would feel more realistic.
• Also let’s have those random occurrences happen again. When I’m flying through sector space it would be cool to run into the Nexus ribbon and have small mission attached or get ambushed by the Breen or Gorn. And not the marker on the map you fly off to, but an actual attack. Or a distress signal you have to rescue a ship under attack, and there’s a time limit before they are destroyed. And it goes out to any ship in the area so it could be multiple ships coming to their aid like the shows have stated as the duty of any ship to respond to a distress signal. For other factions playing the “bad guy” role, they can be the attackers. And they have a time limit to destroy the ship or ships they attacked before Starfleet arrives. These are all NPC ships of course, unless they want to have a PVP enabled option.
• Can we get a new UI window that calculates travel time and distance in LY. If I set a course for Earth, it would be immersive to see how long it would take and the distance we have to get there. And even add the ability to enter in the exact speed we want to go. The slider is fine, but to be able to click a few buttons on an accurate LCARS window to set speed and engage.
• I know the game skipped Lt JG, and currently by design of the leveling system we are Admirals. But I have opted to rank my characters as Captains. If we indeed have selected the title, costume rank and such as captain, when we have game dialog can it do a check to call us captain instead of admiral? I hate reading that during the missions. I have to consciously change the word when I read it to fit my rank.
• Show accurate weapons. We have some for sure. But can we get more? And the ability to turn off the visuals on the gear like we can with some of the ships consoles and equipment? I’ve always disliked having a type 2 phaser and it has a blue holo all over it. This also goes with visual buffs that leave some kind of visual. I’d like the ability to turn those off in the options so when I activate them, I get the buffs, but I don’t see the holo on my head or a pulsating aura over my body. Best I can think of is from the abilities window have check boxes next to each ability for either hide visual or not.
• Maybe an option of the space docks as we approach the dock. Then we auto-dock perfectly. The back-and-forth pitch and yaw take some time. If it was done faster and easier it would be nice.
• One of the biggest here. Separate the factions. The way I see it we should have at least 8 factions. Federation, Klingon, Romulan, Tal Shiar (since even in TNG the average Romulan feared them), Dominion, Cardassian, Borg and Non-Aligned (thinking Star Trek The Customizable card Game from the 90s, mentality here). While the game has treaties between the Fed/Klingons and any others. Borg should be dangerous to all unless they are liberated. Tal Shiar should be a threat to all. I’d even go as far as being able to take on an optional mission as a Fed player to become section 31, ruins diplomacy but allows you to maybe have missions against the federation. For that faction you can change diplomacy to covert ops or something. Possibly even a Terren faction. And much like the Aenigma nebula for the Captain’s Table, a portal someplace in sector space the Terren faction can jump back and forth. Recreating a full-on duplicate of sector space with a few areas like Earth that has a Terren space station and such. Maybe this is how they can bring back the very first earth space dock. I’d just like to see the conflict return to the galaxy. We currently have too many treaties and allies. I know having all these factions broken up doesn’t necessarily create constant battles and fighting because that would be more PVP enabled, but it could lead to more story telling too. Breaking things up like this would allow in the future factions to be created easier. Iconian, whatever the story desires.
Just my ideas of a more fleshed out STO. And I’m sure I have a few more bouncing around in my head. Enjoy!
I can get behind most of this, but whilst the game is changing hands, the leadership hasn't really changed as a number of the top Dev's are now with DECA. What some people are forgetting is that CBS/Paramount also still have input in the game:
Holodecks we do already use. the TFO's and episode re-runs are all on the 'holodeck' as per ingame replay briefings and according to one of the Dev's a few years back, though why we have ships injuries in them is beyond me because they have no material effect on the game. That system really should be reworked to be 'live' damage and repair, which would shake up things, but we'd have to address the power-creep first.
They are absolutely not going to seperate the factions, the reason has been explained hundreds of times. It's a practical impossibility, especially given the story. Jemmy's, Roms, Cardies and Lib Borg are already integrated within the Alliance and are literally no longer 'Galactic Powers' bar the Dominion, which still keeps it's distance. Roms are decimated, as are the Cardassians, you can't just forget that BILLIONS of each have died, there would have been treated signed to this end; the Tal Shiar are not a real threat to anyone anymore, ST 2009 and the game ended them; the Borg are never going to happen, like ever, the part of the episode where you were a Borg is all you need to see this, and it's been said many times 'no'; Terrans are not happening because most folk don't play 'bad-guys' (you only need to look at the origins of the game's KDF); S31 does not operate against the Federation for the most part and are pointless outside of being Fed's because you already interact with them and on their behalf. I'll also point out the amount of Dev time that would be required to write for, and maintain at least 8 live factions is far beyond the financial capabilities of most studios bar Sony and Microsoft, nevermind DECA/Embracer.

The devs came up with a good workaround in order to add Romulans (and later Odo's expeditionary force, which is realistic since the Dominion was severely damaged in the Hur'q war and probably could not maintain the long supply lines by themselves) but the two player-faction limit is actually still in place so more than two completely self-contained player factions would probably not be cost effective at all.
That aside, what I would like to see would be a lot simpler, namely some new TOS and SNW content and ships (extra points if they used Matt Jefferies's original design philosophy which included googie asthetics and golden ratio angles), along with reinstating the old Spectres arc. The new stuff wouldn't even have to be a big arc, it could be random lower-intensity missions scattered around (and after all, (to paraphrase Syndrome), if everything is wow-the-players special arcs then none of them are).
Another good thing would be continuing some of the cstore ship technology lines that have been brought out then ignored by the devs, such as T6 Vulcan and Romulan ring-drive ships, incorporating Dewan technology in some new Romulan designs, and adding some new ancient Orion ship designs (D'var is the only example of the ancient Orion design style in the game so far) to the cstore, and similar things.
This is the first time I remember hearing Romulans having Ring style drives I can't remember a single Romulan ship that didn't have traditional nacelles.
A MW Fed Juggernaught with 5 engineering consoles would be lovely too. The Vaaduar comes close with 4 but it's ancient. Again, a Federation looking ship would be great.
Pipe dream wish would be a X3 upgrade.
They don't have many, just the Explorer Warbirds, and they are hybrids with both a ring and a nacelle drive (which kind of makes sense for a long-range explorer since a line of dialog in ENT said the rings are faster and more efficient but less maneuverable). I would assume that such an odd hybrid arrangement would be similar to the Federation four-nacelle designs
The Taenen and Galan have full rings and the Surhuelh has a split ring, and all three of them have those over-amped singularities with the external distortion fields. And all three of those rings have the distinctive features of the inside of the Vulcan drive rings.
