I'm still wracking my brain on what could come with the Ark Royal. From my knowledge of SFC2... they didn't have anything unique to them to use as a console in STO. And if they wanted to keep the Kodais on the Legendary Akira they'd need a new hanger pet, which can come from Shattered Universe as there are two other fighter designs that can be brought in for a TMP era carrier.
For console... I just keep thinking of the Scatterpack Shuttles you can make in game if your ship also happens to have missile launchers.
Have never played that game so cannot comment on the ship itself.
There are two points of interest thought:
1. As far as i understand the Arc Royal is from the lost era. Which vessels could be brought in to fill the gap between between Excelsior and the Ambassador Class.
2. The Arc Royal is another ship from another game. So the next anniversary pack could go towards USS incusion (defiant with holographic system) although i would struggle how that would work in game. But e.g. the super weapon ships from Star trek Armada could also become available.
I mean we already have an NPC ship that masks itself as other ships, I could see the Incursion's holo systems working like a specialized cloak where you disguise yourself as another vessel and then NPCs act like you were that vessel until you attack them, possibly even so that you seem "to be" that ship even after you attack but are obviously hostile, it could even be so that if you attack a pack of Klingon ships while disguised as one it confuse the NPC ships as they think one their own attacked them.

But if i recall correctly, USS Incursion had a holographic system because it was technically not a cloak. Treaty of Algeron and such. With that treaty no longer in effect and cloaks being installed on federation ships by the dozen, what would be the benefit of a holographic system. If/when that time comes we shall see.
With regards to designs from games, i feel that there is a treasure trove (for Fed, KDF, Romulan and cardassian) in Star Trek Armada I and II. There is the Hutet from the game which the Achilles Class came from.
Time will tell.
One ship which has always fascinated me is the Aegian class from Armada
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

The appeal of the Incursion is that she's from another game. The fact that she was not playable in Away Team... well... we know what she is capable of, and that she was part of the Defiant line. I think she had a cameo playable appearance in the final mission of Armada II however.
However the Holocloak technology has a legacy that had some significant fallout in Starfleet Command III, where the tech was stolen by the Romulans to try and instigate a war between the Federation and the Klingons because of them trying to work on Unity 1, a hybrid Fed/Klingon starbase with extremely advanced sensors, which would have made Romulan stealth missions next to impossible across the Neutral Zone.
If I recall correctly, as it has been YEARS since I played, after the Fed campaign the Incursion Technology is added to the Treaty of Algeron as a form of cloaking device because of the sheer chaos it caused, even bringing all three powers to the brink of war. The price for peace was locking out stealth tech again.
As for how the holocloak would work, it probably would be similar to the Romulan Drone Ship disguise ability. But since it would be a PLAYER using it and not AI... the effectiveness of the Holocloak might actually be better. You'd probably disguise as the primary enemy faction you're fighting, unless in a social zone then it would be random. Either that or you'd disguise as whoever is the closest.
Wouldn't be usable in certain story missions because of other reasons, like needing a special cloak when you already have a cloak in that one mission to get the Sword of Kahless from T'ket, or needing to use a holoprojector when you go back in time with Daniels to deal with a planet killer that the Na'khul were trying to give the Romulans. But that is story stuff.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

Treaty of Algeron wouldn't matter for STO anyway as it seems to have suspended or nullified after the Romulan Star Empire effectively speaking died (It's still technically there I think but it's so insignificant we don't even know whose in charge there).

Doesn't really matter at this point.
The status of cloaks in the STO timeline is a horse which has been flogged to such a degree that not even the stains remain so it is probably best left as is.
How a Holographic cloak will be implemented IF there is an Incursion class (based upon the USS Incursion from Armada and away team) in the upcoming anniversary bundle is little more than theory crafting at this point.
Time will tell IF and how we will see it in future STO content.
As mentioned before i am very interested in the Aegean class. That being said, in Armada it was primarily a support class for shield reinforcement. With the current state of shields and shield drain in the game it might not be a coveted ship overall.
I'm open to suggestions for this class.
Edit: Regarding the santa list, I would love to see the Tal Shiar Radiation disruptor from Elite Force II in game.
The current Tholian radiation weapon feels more like a radiation shotgun. The Tal Shiar weapon would fill the gap for intermediate/long range.

Although it would not fit with the SFC2 Carrier/SCS (only difference are how many gatling phaser emplacements) this thing is a dreadnought/battleship sized carrier. a new Frigate pet would be my guess. maybe something new like the Pseudo Fighters?

The problem with that one is that the Federation didn't have any. They had standard fighters. I think it was mostly the Lyrans, Gorn, and Romulans that had them. And if we were to get the Okinawa class Frigates, I'd kinda prefer playable. Also they're not as compact as the currently available Fed Frigate pets.
