I've noticed that my game has been crashing a lot more frequently since we had the problems with the patch server. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

    I can't get in the game, it crashes on every load attempt. I've tried getting in like, ten times this morning.

    No crashes but transferring maps I get the slow timer on the splash screen and can be disconnected from the server with the message server timed out or unable to locate server. Interesting how I don't have issues leaving the map and going back to the previous one

    game launcher is crashing for me too. sent in a support ticket. now waiting for a response.

    The constant map change crash thing is one of the main reasons I do not play missions as much as I used to.

    I have been unable to play at all for more than 3 weeks. Game has been slow to load in for months, but since after 4/12 the game takes about 2 minutes to load in, then crashes to desktop. Filed a ticket with support. They closed the ticket before resolving the matter. All my drivers are up to date and hardware is good. DXdiag and tracerout and all crash logs and files uploaded. Really unhappy with Cryptic support. Traceroute shows very long (90msec) times at cryptics end. Also experiencing on Neverwinter, but still playable there. Rarely crashes. Both games run on same servers I surmise.

    I was able to logon consistently for a few days after they told me a fix was completed. Same background here: system, drivers all up to date. DXdiag and tracerout and crash logs uploaded. However, the last 2 days the game launcher is crashing yet again. The force verify in the Options may or may not help.

    Having the exact same problem starting from last week and its extremely serious in terms of severity. I'll make it into the game and it'll almost certainly crash to desktop soon after. It seemed to go away a few days ago but came back yet again. At present, I basically can't play the game since I'll be thrown out everytime I get into it.

    Are Cryptic looking into this?

    Everything was fine up until a week ago and I've never had problems like this in ten plus years of playing.
