Nice looking ship, it kinda looks like some Sona and Nausican shipwrights got together and scribbled a design on a party napkin and decided to build it.
A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch." "We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
Passion and Serenity are one.

It reminds me of a design language that I can't recall at the moment - but definitely not anything from Star Trek.
Vorlon and Shadow ships from B5 perhaps? It kind of reminds me of those too, though I also see the possible Sona and Nausican aesthetics connection too which is why I mentioned it above.
A bit of the Narada, too, which melds Romulan and Borg technologies. So kind of melding a lot of "villain" ships in there, for a really cool, scary enemy craft.

Vorlon, and some Kilrathi from Wing Commander, especially the Kilrathi asthetic from WC3 on.
Feels.... romulan... perhaps something tal-shiar and likely stolen.. reminds me a great deal of Nero's ship from the JJ Verse. Could be interesting.. how ever I do not want to suggest anything new in the way of weapons as STO has to damn many weapons types as it is. It's just really really BIG!

The Nerada looked the way she did because of the Borg parts included in her refit. As for weapons, they said in the show what she was packing, and the only new one was the portal gun, which I'm pretty sure Starfleet will recover at the end and stuff into that massive warehouse along with the Tox Uthat and the Ark of the Covenant.

The Shrike is a mean looking ship, would love to fly her
"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

i think the portal gun will be the clicky
The funny part about the portal gun is that I have a sneaking suspicion that the PIC writers got it from STO in the first place and is their take on the Gateway Trap console from the Dewan Ikkabar pilot escort mixed with Blink from the movie X-Men: Days of Future Past. A few of the writers and whatnot from DSC said that the never saw the TV shows but played Star Trek games so it fits.

Meanwhile the smaller ships were a neat surprise, because they're reskins of the Elachi Qulash Frigate.
