I've had a subscription with Star Trek Online since before it launched, a lifetime subscription. But when I log into Cryptic Account Portal, it says I have no active subscriptions. And I know for a fact that I haven't cancelled it. I spent $240.00 on that lifetime sub. I'd like to know what's going on, or where to go to find out what happened to my lifetime sub.
