Account Issue

I've had a subscription with Star Trek Online since before it launched, a lifetime subscription. But when I log into Cryptic Account Portal, it says I have no active subscriptions. And I know for a fact that I haven't cancelled it. I spent $240.00 on that lifetime sub. I'd like to know what's going on, or where to go to find out what happened to my lifetime sub.

    You will need to contact Customer Service.

    How? When I go to their Customer/Player Support page, I don't see anything under Account Support that would cover an issue like this.

    Support .... Game Support .... Star Trek Online .... Contact support .... I need assistance regarding a billing issue .... In issue type select .... Subscription issue.
