was cleaning out some drops and noticed in the chat window that my bio console was deleted even thou it was on my ship
march 2nd around 2am I placed 20 Master keys on the exchange, 16 sold and the remaining 4 just vanished off my sell tab on the exchange. I reported it, assumed it was a fluke and then the next day at the same time placed another Master key on the exchange and it promptly vanished as well...I then went and made a ticket for gm help
I used the phoenix epic prize token to get a Krenim Science Vessel and thought I had space in my available ships, yet when I checked, it was not there, and my available ships listing was full. I got rid of a couple of ships and checked again, and I even changed characters and I even logged out and logged back in and nothing, it is still missing.
I was told that it sounded like a bug from a GM and to report it here, so here it goes.

so I hope some of it gets back after the repair but you zen for the keys or those lobbies
Double clicked on item, a Jem'Hadar Resilient Shield Mk XII Very Rare and part of the Jem'Hadar Space Set (which came pre-equiped on the lvl 60 escort), to equip it on a new ship I acquired at lvl 61 and it disappeared completely from inventory. It is not equipped anywhere else. It's the same item that also came pre-equipped on the Jem'Hadar small fighter.

I usually drag and drop. Don't trust the click slotting at all. Guess I was tired and didn't think before I clicked this time.
Also, from time to time, items become unslotted from my loadout. happened a couple days ago on another character, but at least that time they were in inventory.

Checked visuals tab today. Item was there. Don't think it was there before. Maybe support restored it. Not sure why it would slot there if my ship loadout is showing with an open slot for that item.
I also have a missing item, when switching ships today a Mk XV V.Rare Terran Task Force Covariant Shield has vanished. Each of my ships claims it's on another and cannot be selected. I have checked the visuals tab on each.

Is it in your bank or account bank? Glad you looked at your visuals tab to make sure it was not there.

Yeah, checked everywhere. The ship claims it's on another ship. All the ships say that.
If I had the resources to replace it I would, but it's the only Mk XV I have so even grinding would mean downgrading to a Mk XIII or even XII, in addition to it's loss breaking a 4 part set. If they can't replace it, it's going to be a long time finding the mats to make a new one.
Since it is an Account Unlock, claim another copy on that Character.

I can't get the Star Trek: Picard uniforms that are supposedly available until May 3rd. I contacted support but they directed me to post on the forum to see if anyone else was having this issue. Help? Please.
A few of the items I have completely maxed out are missing. They were always in one of my ships. Whenever I look at the description to see where they are now it just says it's on a different ship. I've checked my inventory, all my ships and my bank and it's not in there either. Has anyone else have this issue?
Hi. I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post this but I need help. Yesterday I was lucky enough to get a t6 ship from a lockbox, so I decided to sell it on the exchange. I realised I couldn't post it for 550 millions as I didn't have the EC limit increase so I paid for ZEN and bought it, and then posted the ship in the exchange. After some minutes it was sold but my surprise is that I only got 12 millions instead of 550!!! the ship was a prototype TOS ship btw. Hope someone can help me to recover those credits. Thanks!
I was advised by a GM to leave a comment on the forums regarding my "item missing bug." Ever since the rollout of the 2 features "Automatic t1-t4 ship reclaim," and "buy t1-t4 ships for dilithium" I have not been able to purchase the t1 Federation faction science ship (previously priced at 750 zen) Oberth class science vessel. I realize this may not be the BEST place to put this, but I can't start my own threads as yet. For every Fed (and Fed aligned) character on my account, the Oberth has neither a Zen price, nor, a dilithium one. It does not display in ship reclaim, nor is it in the rosters of all of my previous characters. I tried the force verify, and also attempted to make a new character. When I attempt to purchase it, the price is listed in Zen, but says "_" is the amount asked. The "purchase ship" button is greyed out, so there's no way to purchase the ship. I took the liberty of making another account, to see if the problem was account based, or client based. Once on the new account, I got a Federation faction character to Lt (6). I went to the ship store on ESD, to see the ship I want listed for a price of 15k dilithium. And I logged in on the same client! I can only conclude that (a) the problem is account based, not client based (remember I did a force verify) and that b) there is some sort of bug in the store itself on this account, and this one only. Please Note: The Oberth class ship is the only ship (and rank) that has a problem. None of the other ships I've previously purchased, or even want to purchase are doing this, regardless of rank or faction. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so, do you out there have any suggestions on a fix?

Hello, I've had a similar experience on my free to play account but the amount lost was much smaller as the items being sold were 10 master keys so my loss was in the neighborhood of 40 million or so.
I can't recall what my exact limit was at the time as in mid 2017 the EC limit was raised from 10 million to 15 on PC, but like yourself I purchased the EC limit increase and then placed my items for sale but only received the pre-increase amount.
It would seem that after purchasing the EC limit increase there's either some delay or a need by the game to log out then log back in before it takes effect.
I'd encourage you to submit a ticket asap and see if they can assist you with the issue.
At the very least you now know how the EC increase appears to work and that this has happened to others.
What item(s) went missing? Please provide as concise a listing of information on what item(s) are no longer on your account: I bought Exploration Cruiser using a free token after promotion to Captain, yet it does not appear in my ship inventory or any where else.

I had a ticket open with a GM and they could not locate after checking multiple places. They opened a case for reference and asked I send this as well. I still do not have the ship in my inventory.

Tried to upgrade my B.A.T.D. weapon, it looked like it was going to upgrade, but it just used my Ultimate Tech Upgrade but didn't upgrade item. I had 7, now I have 3

Perhaps try this on the ground at a major hub that has both a shipyard and bank so that all your bases are covered.
The selection shown should show all shields available on all your ships visuals tabs, docked in the shipyard, and your bank.

I've checked all ships, bank accounts, and inventories. The item is greyed out and says it's loaded on another ship but it is not on any of them.
