Since I cannot participate over Easter, I am not sure I can get all required tokens anyway 😜 but if, I am interested in the sci oddy for thebboarding party trait (completely off meta here 😂), the eng oddy because it looks good or that fat miracle worker ship which I'd buy if it could separate 😂 on my f2p alt account I might get a leveling Gagarin. This is all fed side because KDF ships I like I pretty much own already and Rom or Jem ships aren't really for me (I already have the T6 D'D which is the only "real" Romship as far as I'm concerned and I have the Jem DC from a starter pack giveaway and I probably never need another hem ship ever).

You really should get the nautilus, it's quite a good science ship even tactical toons can do some damage with it if you are into using science ships on tactical toons.
Being one who has it, I can tell you it is one of mu favorite sci ships.

Which boarding party trait are you referring to? Always looking to test thing which are off the beaten path.
Saving up for the 12k pack at the moment, but the trait does sound like a lot of fun.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
Yeah, I think he just mixed up the two ships which is easy enough to do. The Odyssey trait has nothing to do with Boarding parties. The T6 Science Oddy (Yorktown) comes with the Checkmate Trait.

I already have that, the Galaxy/Neg'Var/D'D bundle was the first T6 ships I got. I run the Neg'Var of my main Klingon with armed and doubled Boarding Party shuttles which are quite useful.

Was wondering which class it was. Saw discovery era features so it could not be the Cheyenne. https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Cardenas_class
But since it's a new ship it will probably be in the new item tab and be excluded.

I believe that the Cardenas will be the first of the blacklisted ships.

I've got the T6 Galaxy and D'D. Not quite sure how the T6 NeghTev got left out.
While i tend to experiment, a double boarding party is something i have not done (yet). Do you have the doff which gives the shuttles a point defense weapon?

Hmm… personally - I have most Bundles already, so
... I think I will get Hestia (Advanced Escort T6), then I will get T5 for Multi-Vector Mode Console when the prices of T1-T5 will be recalculated (there was talk about that because of scaling T6 ships).
And maybe I will add that FeK'Ihri fire console (I know that Hestia console uses plasma not actual fire damage, but I'm hoping it will be keeping the style)...
But, by the time we get the Coupon the Cardenas will no longer be new. That is coming Wednesday. If that is blacklisted, then this coupon will be completely useless to me.

As far as i know the coupon does not expire. You can always wait for the Cardenas to be moved off the blacklist. Should only be a minor delay of about 3-4 months

If the "any ship currently in the C-Store" thing is permanent and unmoving then that means that it doesn't matter what else comes along; Only the ships in the C-Store as of right now will ever be available.
If that is flexible, if ships that come along later are forbidden for a time and then anyone with a coupon could use it to purchase them after some time has passed, then it may be worth holding on and waiting for just the right ship.
But I did do some looking around and have a few in mind.
I pretty much only play one Captain and they are Federation, so Fed ships is what I am looking at.
It's still early and I will want to look at everything again so this could change, but the early short list looks like this:
1) Heavy Escort Carrier - Probably not, but it's in the running.
2) Andorian Chimesh Pilot Escort - While part of a bundle, I have limited interest in the other ships. I would miss out on the console set bonus, though.
3) Dreadnought Cruiser - This one surprised me. Seems like a decent ship, though.
4) Reliant Advanced Light Cruiser - Part of a cross-faction bundle but not really a problem for me. Not the biggest fan of the BOFF seating, though.
Not in the running?
Anything from the AoY pack. I am saving up to buy the entire pack.
Isn't that about when we'll be getting the coupon anyway?
3000 tickets make one 100% discount coupon.
Normal ticket drop: 50 per played featured TFO, 100 during double weekend.
So worst case scenario 60 days (with no double weekend).
We don't know the frequency of the double weekends yet, but if we estimate it's a monthly event then it boils down to (26x50) + (4x100) = 1700 tickets a month. If the double weekend is twice a month the (22x50)+(8x100)=1900 tickets a month.
So best guess is a minimum of 1.5 month provided daily participation. It's a little faster since it's not 50/24hours, but 50 per 20 hours.
Haven't decided yet, just in case I don't do enough of the featured tfos to get it and leave myself disappointed.
That said seeing as I don't feel like chasing traits at the moment it would probably be something classic looking, and for me that means TNG era ships. Might browse through the klingon and romulan ones for something for those characters to fly when I feel like it.
Right now, I'm leaning towards the Cardassian Intel Flight-Deck Cruiser because it's cross-faction and I'd rather not lock any of my toons out of this reward, even if only two out of seven are aligned with the KDF. Also, it unlocks frigate pets that can be used on any ship with a hanger and I've been looking for some new pets that aren't locked to a specific carrier. I'm not terribly interested in the rest of the bundle, so that's not really a deal-breaker for me.
Other than that, I rather like the looks of the Orion Blackguard, but only a couple toons would be able to use it and that's not really worth it.
But the event will be running over several months and nothing's been mentioned about the coupon expiring, so I'll keep my options open in case a decent cross-faction ship comes out in the meantime.

No, the blacklist isn't permanent. As ships get older they will drop off. But initially, ships new to the C-Store will not be eligible. Will the Cardenas/Buran be "old enough" to qualify by the time the T6 coupon can be used? I don't know. I just know that, according to the livestream, as of that date, all ships in the C-Store would be eligible, and that the only ships on the blacklist as of that date were ships that had yet to be released. As the Cardenas/Buran is the first ship release since that annoucement, it follows that it is the first ship on the blacklist.

If the new ship is really good and I want it now, then I'll get it and spend the coupon on something else. If the ship is 'ok' or 'meh' then I'll get it later with the coupon for one of my characters that isn't built around power.
I would be afraid to use it on a ship that is part of a bundle, since we know buying one ship out of a bundle makes you ineligible to buy the bundle.
Honestly, I'd have preferred to use it to discount something like the T5 Bortesqu bundle. I just can't bring myself to buy a T5 ship w/ real money at this point. But knocking $30 off of the bundle might tempt me.
As of right now, I have no idea what ship I'd want to get free. Of the few T6 ships I don't have, I don't have them for a reason. I didn't want them.

Thank you for the clarification.
Makes "holding on to it for now" a real option for me.
Not for the Buran, necessarily (I have not seen so much as 1 episode of Disco, so I don't really have any bias towards any of those ships beyond what they bring to the game), but just to wait and see. I am a patient man.

It doesn't work like that any more. You can buy a single ship from a bundle and still go back later and buy the bundle. Granted, you are losing some value in that you already have one of the ships, but if you are buying a large enough bundle/pack then that loss of value might not really amount to that much, especially if you really want a particular ship *NOW*.
Like I said, I plan on buying the entire Temporal Special Agent Pack, and so I am not really considering any single ships from that pack, but if I did use the coupon to purchase one of the T6 ships out of that pack, the pack itself still holds a lot of value for the price.
The 9 ship packs still offer a decent discount, too. Instead of paying 12K for 9 ships you end up buying 8 for the price of 4. It's still a pretty good deal if you have some desire to get those other ships.
The only place where you really kill the discount is with 3-packs. Instead of getting 3 ships for the price of 2 you end up getting 2 ships for the price of 2. There is still a little bright side, though, in that now you can just purchase one of the other ships in that bundle if you wish when you have 3K saved, rather than having to wait until you have 6K saved.
Also, the bundle will be discounted to reflect that you already have a ship out of it.
Ooh, can you point me to where that's stated officially? Up to now I've been leaning toward a Narendra, but a discount might sway me toward one of the big bundle ships.
