    How do you know the T'kuvma outfit is not fixed? There was a thread showing it unlocked with a screenshot to boot, so I am really confused. Is it that the bug has been fixed so new customers who pay for it can access it and those who have already purchased it, still need to have it be fixed? If that is the case then mention that in the thread about that issue called HOUSE T'KUVMA OUTFIT BUGGED. (STILL BUGGED 2/21/19 POST MAINTENANCE.) in the Bug Report forums. Thanks. :)

    Endeavor Reroll tokens not working. Tried several times to use one and nothing happens. I click the button to reroll, it greys out for a sec, then goes back to normal and the endeavor never changes. Tried map switching, logging out and back in, exiting the game and changing characters. Link to video I did last night to twitter -

    i know because its not in this patch note set >_>

    its still not fixed, tr:unrestricted is still in there, which does nothing, and the mw/sci female klingon officer cannot be edited as it removes the boots and doesnt let you re-select them

    so no, not fixed

    Maybe you should just delete the outfit. Make another random outfit save then remake the outfit you want. It may delete the bug.

    the stuff i want to see aint in there,

    fixed claiming bugs for gamma vanguard package
    the first error with "transaction still running" is fixed, now i can claim it but all it delivers is a ev suit and some titles.

    i do have to say that im rather impressed with the level of communication (no sarcasm) from support, having more social interaction there then in game :p

    Check the other sections of the store to see if the other bits like the ships are down as buy or claim. They moved away from the single bulk claim that LoR bundle had into a faffy treasure hunt method of claiming instead.

    ooh i did that in all variation possible, its gonna get fixed one day and the support guys are doing their best, its more or less just my weekly comment when Patchnotes are released.

    Those patch notes are awfully light for such an extended downtime, what's really broken?

    Generally, once you claim the big Pack you get some items (Titles and such), but the rest of the stuff is unlocked for claiming throughout the Store. Boffs, Boosts, Smaller Ship Bundles, etc.

    Some Items, like the EV Suit, XP Boosts, and R&D Upgrade Tokens are single claim only.

    Extended downtime usually includes some type of work on the servers themselves, rather it's upgrades or maintenance. The Patch is likely just being done during the same window.

    The size of the patch, or number of fixes has zero bearing on the length of the downtime.

    Interesting idea for Anti-Fraud Measures. I hope they work w/o being too hard on valid purchases. I had a similar thought about Exchange purchases to lessen the people who 'play the market' and jack up all prices for normal players.
