How do you know the T'kuvma outfit is not fixed? There was a thread showing it unlocked with a screenshot to boot, so I am really confused. Is it that the bug has been fixed so new customers who pay for it can access it and those who have already purchased it, still need to have it be fixed? If that is the case then mention that in the thread about that issue called HOUSE T'KUVMA OUTFIT BUGGED. (STILL BUGGED 2/21/19 POST MAINTENANCE.) in the Bug Report forums. Thanks.

Work fine for me. Have you tried force verifying. Using 32bit client. to see if that works. Either way this is not the thread to report in game issues.
I have tried those as well, didn't work. I did post this in the "game bug" section of the forums, but it got deleted (no idea why) and I've reposted just to have that deleted as well, so I figured trying here.

Maybe you should just delete the outfit. Make another random outfit save then remake the outfit you want. It may delete the bug.

fixed claiming bugs for gamma vanguard package
the first error with "transaction still running" is fixed, now i can claim it but all it delivers is a ev suit and some titles.
i do have to say that im rather impressed with the level of communication (no sarcasm) from support, having more social interaction there then in game
ooh i did that in all variation possible, its gonna get fixed one day and the support guys are doing their best, its more or less just my weekly comment when Patchnotes are released.

Extended downtime usually includes some type of work on the servers themselves, rather it's upgrades or maintenance. The Patch is likely just being done during the same window.
The size of the patch, or number of fixes has zero bearing on the length of the downtime.
