    T-Mobile and Austria/Europe.
    I've tried both patching proxies EU and US as well but no change.
    Apparently only European users affected?

    ATT Uverse Detroit mi / tried thru ARC and then standalone launcher. Noticed NW (ARC) is also getting the same problem.

    I'm in Washington State, I was having the problem using Arc and Just using 'Star Trek Online.exe' ... and also had the same problem with Champions Online (Through Arc) ... my ISP is iFiber Communications ...

    Same here, logged in first account fine to do the event daily then tried second account, problem, tried first again and get the same problem... I've also been having trouble before getting in the second account "too many attempts try again later" on the first try ??? They are sure making it hard to like the game anymore.

    Arc launcher and .exe file
    ISP: Telus
    Location: Alberta, Canada - though Telus gives me a IP in BC

    ISP: Cogeco
    Location: Ontario, Canada
    Traceroute: Ran one to the Cryptic Patch server, all connections came back with <30ms times, no breaks

    Starting at @10am EST, I got the Connection to Account Server timed out.
    Starting at @11am EST, that changed to Unable to Connect to Account Server.

    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    I am now seeing an emergency maintenance message on the launcher, so I imagine the issue is being worked on.
