Unable to reach support ticket system - too many redirects

I require the assistance of a PWE account/database technician to resolve the following long-standing issue while attempting to access https://www.arcgames.com/en/supportredirect/app/home/
I wanted to create a ticket for an issue I was having earlier tonight, but am faced with an entirely different and rather old issue dating back to the Cryptic-Perfect World account migration era:

Firefox: 
The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Edge: 
Hmmm...can’t reach this page
Try this
Make sure you’ve got the right web address: https://www.arcgames.com
Search for "https://www.arcgames.com" on Bing
Refresh the page
Details 
There were too many redirections.
Error Code: INET_E_REDIRECT_FAILED

Cookies are not blocked, scripts are not blocked.
Issue exists when using Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer.

I would appreciate it if anyone at PWE can finally fix this.

    I was having this same problem tonight, I was told to delete the cookie (I will not delete my entire history or ALL my cookies as I need some of them for other sites) for arc. I did so, put in my password, it sent me a code. I put in that code, then I tried to sign in again and was told the page had expired, and for me to refresh the page, and now again, I get the message saying page isn't redirecting properly

    Send an email directly to customer support ( I think customersupport@perfectworld.com ). The ticket system has to my knowledge not worked for several years, but emails lead to a timely response with all issues I had over the years.

    I've had the same issue with the re-direct trying to contact customer support. For some reason Redshirt server keeps timing out. Haven't been able to access it for 2 weeks now. I'll try emailing though.
