in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Ever since the Update has gone live for Xbox One I am running in to constant situations of the game freezing, locking up, and becoming unresponsive. Each time I am forced to abandon the game and go to Xbox dashboard, quit, and reload the game. This is rendering the game essentially unplayable. This is happening with several PVEs and a few Captain/Doff/Ship abilities across all 4 of my characters. Two examples are:
Battle of Procyon V (random intervals)
Console - Universal - Defensive Drone Guardians (whenever triggered)

    Let's add:
    • Tholian Web Cannon
    • Tholian Web Mines
    • Khitomer Vortex

    to the list of things causing constant freezes and lock ups. Can not play any battles effectively between this and the powers resetting whenever leaving and reloading or moving between ground and space.
    HAVING THE DILITHIUM WEEKEND WITH ALL THESE PROBLEMS MAKING IT EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND DIFFICULT TO DO THINGS TO EARN DILITHIUM IS ABSURD ON THE HIGHEST ORDER.

    Game automatically drops me to home screen on xbone when loading. Starbase 39.

    I have spent wayyyyyy to much money on this game not to be able to play because of constant freezing and booting me out.

    same here kicked to dashboard 3 times in 30mins and to make things worse I got hit with a AFK penalty as when I got back in the PvE I was playing in, it just ended.

    Just got thrown to dashboard exiting from DS9 station to outer DS9 and now the game crashes every time I try to select that character.

    Tried to get to fleet dilithium 4 times and as soon as i got close to it was warped to the middle of the map again. Another thing happened was I got temp banned from pve because of the freezing issue. These issues are game breakers making it unplayable and need fixed with maintance

    I ran into a problem on September 7, after the 13.5 patch. My game crashed to dashboard when I tried to beam one of my characters down to K-7. After that, I crashed to desktop every time I logged into that character.

    I got online with Customer Support Live Chat (from my PC) the next day, and they were able to relocate the stuck character to sector space. I tried beaming to K-7 with a different character, crashed. Had to have that character moved as well.

    I have a support ticket open, and gave them as much information as I could. Hopefully we'll be able to get a fix for these problems soon.

    Just received a response to the support ticket I filed for these issues and it basically says there is no fix right now. So any hope of this being resolved with tomorrow's update is a pipe dream. I find this disturbing because these are game breaking issues where as the power wheel resetting is just exceptionally annoying. So glad they rushed to fix the non fatal bugs first though... makes perfect sense. -_-

    At least you got a response. I think they ignore my tickets. My best character is stuck at SB39 and I can't play her. Very frustrating.

    Its at choose your character screen with all my characters but it seems to be she hulk character causing most of the freezes. Gamer tag das toth

    It's worse than ever since the update yesterday. The game is completely unplayable for me now. I am now getting thrown out to the Xbox dashboard constantly at random intervals from sector space, from orbits of systems (Quo'No, Sol, DS9, Deferra, Nimbus), from Ground maps (DS9, Starfleet Academy, Klingon Academy, Dilithium Asteroid). Right before typing this I was attempting to do a tour of the galaxy and it froze up and booted me to the dashboard half way through, and every attempt to rejoin has met with the game booting me back out to the dashboard. This is really absurd.

    just crashed going into station 39. hopefully this is something that will get fixed soon.

    Exactly the same issue characters not being able to load into system space or onto starbases without the game crashing. Took over two days for support to get back to me moved the character to sector space tried to get to a starbase same thing happens again. Didn't tell me it was a known issue and had to email the Dev back more the once as they didn't appear to even grasp what the issue was.

    Hi all, I've also got 2 characters (Federation) blocked at Starbase 39. Hope they will fix this problem soon? Otherwise it will get very crouded at starbase 39. For the moment i'm playing a Klingon. I hope he's not getting blocked there also. Have a nice day everyone.

    crashes whenever I do crystaline entity
    right now insta crash when i transwarped to ESD so cant move from there or even load in

    I commented on your profile with the information. I was told by several people in game that it was because of a bad download and that I need to uninstall and reinstall the game. Is that something you would recommend?
