The rewards are too paltry, too limited and spaced out too far to matter. Suggestions:
1. Make it per toon so people can have the option to stay engaged if they so desire.
2. Increase the frequency from 2 days to one day or 1.5 days. It's ok if they overlap, though I don't know if the mechanic has been coded to allow that.
3. Increase the possible scale of the rewards. Yesterday I received 450k ec. Wow. What will I do with such wealth?!?!
4. Add to the rewards table: Add in special equipment items that offer ONLY VR gear. Offer interesting ,rare stuff that makes people curious as to what they may get.
Each consecutive time a task is completed up to a max of 7 the chance of getting a better reward goes up by 5%. If you miss a task then the counter drops back to the current rummage down the back of the sofa for some credits setup that isn't in the slightest rewarding.
AND for the love of spock make that damned bar its own UI element that we can hide or stick in a corner and ignore since the chances of actually making it a decent and rewarding bums on seats thing (that it obviously is trying to be) are infinitesimally small since the overlords can't make money from it.
So the latest Endeavour task can only be completed if you have a Matter/Antimatter Specialist with crafting skill. Fat chance of completing that - thanks a lot PW

Any MAMS will do...if you insist on spending 500 refined dilithium to get some random stuff.
Got nearly a million EC in one of those boxes, I think it was for the one where one needed to get 3 space RD materials, which ever task it was, nearly a million EC for a few minutes is pretty "WOOT!" for me.
we are missing competitive marks in the boxes. Very very difficult to get the STF's to fill up and launch without long waiting times.
Its almost as bad as calling some companies Customer Services Department only without the cheesy music and annoying "we are very busy, you're call is very important to us, we will answer it when pigs fly"
Hello rubber banding my old friend, time to bounce around the battlezone again, where are all my bug reports going?, out of love with this game I am falling, As Cryptic fail to acknowledge a problem exists, Shakes an angry fist, And from Support all I'm hearing are the sounds of silence.
It's on the pc so when is it coming out on Xbox one no use doing for one platform and not for others same with the foundry that has been out for a while but still no sign on the Xbox why not shouldn't be to difficult
It 2-2-3 days starting on Monday. Today's was kill 20 Tzen'kethi. This was a good chance to get people into the Battlezone, but with the way that Zone is, it seemed most got their kills and then either left or tried taking other areas, got frustrated at the constant refights and then left.
Fix that Zone.

Pretty much this. I get that it has to respawn enemies and retake zones to let others play, but these respawns seem to be too frequent.
Space Barbie Extraordinaire. Got a question about Space Barbie? Just ask.
Things I want in STO:
1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!
Besides the bugs (which I don't know if they ever fixed since I stopped going there after getting my accolades), the tzenkethi BZ suffers from the same fundamental problem all the battlezones do. It's designed with the assumption that the instance will be full (15 players or whatever) with no scaling, so if there's too few players it's unwinnable. Only winning it gives decent reward (if it's not still bugged), simply capturing nodes is worth a daily mark box at best...which you might as well get from a Red Alert.
And since none of the BZs created after the voth one have additional single-player missions that attract people in even when they can't win the whole zone by themselves....it's chicken and egg. People don't go to empty BZ because it's unwinnable, and it's unwinnable because people don't go there.
The rewards are a nice little boost, but they're not so vital that you feel like you MUST complete the task or lose out. Overall, I think it's a good ratio of effort to reward, I have done all of them so far.
Oh, the Zone was full, and in the three Nodes I captured with a Tier IV reward, only got XP and Skill Points.

Don't like the Battlezone so I killed mine in 2 queues. Not keen on this new Endeavor thing, mainly it's only for one charactor. Was looking forward in killing more Tzen'Keth with my Romulan charactor and Starfleet charactor.
I like it. I would say the main problem for me is the off days are too much. I assume this is from a desire not to cause inflation by allowing the prize every day. Ok. the first two times I got the big EC reward, but I have not gotten it since then, so I don't really think 300-500k EC a day will hurt anything. That's about like doing one of those foundry grinders.
Come up with some more possible challenges and go ahead and make it daily. There's plenty of possible challenges.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: "We think we've come so far. Torture of heretics, burning of witches, it's all ancient history. Then - before you can blink an eye - suddenly it threatens to start all over again."
"With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censured, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably."
Generally I have found the a little too easy, and with several lvl 60 characters that have completed all the reputations at lvl5 getting a few energy credits is a little meaning less. Although it has made some of the older queues popular again which is good.
Agree with some of the comments above, that it would be nice to see what is coming and when, and perhaps have varying levels you can do with varying degrees of rewards would be good.
The nebula BZ was actually busy BUT predictably the majority seemed to make a B-line for the king of the hill nodes and once folk had their 20 kills they left so there wasn't any actual zone progress.
Rewards in the box remain very firmly in the meh camp on both lts and f2p accounts.
I mostly use the Endeavor actions to level up my newest 'toon, otherwise, it's not much of a distraction; however, the "Dropped Endeavor Mission" reminder each time I switch characters is unneccessary...

Weirs, the groyp i was with, even after everyone had gotten their 20 kills, continued until we cleared the zone and killed the dreads.
Check your Journal, it tells you what Arc (Future Proof) it is and Episodes to do.

I was just chatting with a fleetie about this... Would it have been so hard to have the endeavor read "Complete a mission in the Future Proof arc" instead of having to go through the journal for details? After all there is no arc explicitly labeled as temporal and time travel has been part of (too) many story arcs. Not a huge issue for me as I went to the journal for clarification to determine if I was going to do it, but for a task so simple why should the endeavor title need clarification?
It wasn't an unreasonable assumption to make that the two earlier missions from that mini arc would count as they are also involving temporal stuff and they were shoehorned into the game to introduce that arc and faction.

And theyre not super long or arduous to get completed. Keeps me online a little longer per day which I guess is part of the purpose of this.
Can't really complain about the rewards, as random as they can be.

"Complete a Mission in the Temporal Arc" That is what it says...
I've done two missions that I thought were part of the Temporal Arc and ES is not treating it as if I have completed the task.
I'm curious of anyone else is having this problem before I make a report?

I honestly did not know that the Endevor info was ALSO under the In Progress [TAB]. :: shrug's sheepishly ::
I thought it was only on the overlay.
