Yeah, I am having the same problem. I put in a help desk ticket and was told "Based on our records, you appear to already be logged in and playing. Please let us know if you have any further problems.
This type of issue is already known to our Developers. They have taken ownership of the issue and are prioritizing a resolution for this as we speak that should resolve the issue.

I cannot play the game anymore. Created a second character to play and got to the same level within 2 days, so starting a new character is kind of pointless if I know I am going to end up in the same place, you know? When might this be fixed? Really enjoying the game. Great stress reliever, but it's giving more stress than it should.
I have one character stuck on the loading stuck to come away from Nimbus could the character be moved to open space. I have raised a job for help with this.....

Stuck on Nimbus III. Prior to getting stuck here, I had issues returning to ship from New Romulus and Bajor. A full system shut down fixed those issues, but nothing works to get unstuck from Nimbus. Please manually move me back to Beta Quad.
This has been said repeatedly, but if you're stuck, contact live chat and they will move your character instantly. Still post a note on this thread so that the devs can look into the issue and avoid going back to Nimbus 3 until the issue is resolved.
Note: live chat can only be done from a pc or from a mobile browser that has a "desktop mode". You cannot do it from the PS4.
I am personally not stuck, however loading will freeze on occasion in random locations like Romulus, my TOS bridge, etc. Upon closing the game and logging in is when I get to where I want. So far not frozen completely just is a pain to wonder if it will freeze and where.

You just send in a ticket, support will help you get out of Nimbus III
Seems to me, a fair way to help out the players..is to give wasteland story missions as COMPLETED to every player...so we can level and play on. If not..there will be no new players, so..no potetial income for Perfect World.
Since there is no ETA on solving the issue..and some nice event comming up..just for lvl50 and up...so DEvs...pls unlock the rest of the storyline for our toons....

Maybe giving everyone Completed for the Story Arc is not as easy as it is said/written.
Let's just hope for a quick resolution/fix to this so that everyone can move on.

Great, now I have another character that is now stuck. And she so happens to be my mine to work, she is now stuck on a loading screen and has nothing to do with Nimbus III.

Hey. My characters Anvolian (Commander 28) and Veertex (Commander 28) are both stuck on Nimbus III. My handle is @Joycoster, any estimation time on a fix to the bug?

Send a ticket/contact support on THIS website (granted you have your PS4 game account linked to your Arc Games Website account). There is no way to do so on PS4, even if you weren't stuck. Makes me think you really didn't read through the posts as you claim.
