Um, not wanting to sound like an ignorant nerd here but.....
I've seen the deleted scenes for nemesis and i do not recall ever seeing one where Geordi cleans out Data's quarters and finds an emotion chip. I want to say this is shenanigans and does not exist.

If i am wrong then, link?

At the end of the Episode "Survivor" it seems that the person visiting Sela in the Undisclosed Location and giving her the small hologram of her mother was Data, but I was thinking what if it was Wesley Crusher. Looking at the back of the head of the person, the skin tone looked more like flesh than Data's yellow tone. Also the hair isn't as tightly slicked back as Data's was. The only other character I could think that knew Tasha Yar well, was a witness to her holographic final message and might have his own mini copy, and still possibly be in Starfleet would be Wesley Crusher. Assuming he eventually returned to Starfleet and from a deleted from Star Trek Nemesis, Wesley is attending Deanna and Will's wedding wearing lieutenant's (junior grade) dress uniform in 2379. Thus, indicating that he had indeed become a Starfleet officer at some point, after he had resigned from Starfleet Academy in 2370 to hang out with the Traveler. As we know Wesley would of been a little older or about the same age as Harry Kim. Harry was somewhat fresh out of the academy when he was assigned to Voyager, which was his first starship posting. Originally Wesley was to graduate from Starfleet Academy in 2368, but was held back because of the accident with his Nova Squadron comrades and their attempt to cover it up, then before resign in 2370 he was probably about to graduate. As Voyager took place between 2371-2378, that would mean Harry probably graduate in 2371. Nevertheless, by 2379 Harry would have become at least a lieutenant's (junior grade) by 2379, but from his experience with the Traveler and as an acting Ensign on the Enterprise, Wesley would have been given an advantage in moving up the ranks faster than Harry, since by 2410 Harry is only a Captain. So, maybe its Admiral Crusher...I'm sure Wil Wheaton would love doing some voiceovers for the game...

Data 1.0's head was 400yrs older than his body, so jumping to B4 had to be an improvement in some ways.

I can see it now, Sela coming to truly regret having asked him about her mother.

*two hours into an incredibly detailed recount of every mundane detail of the time he knew her*

Data: However, when I came to know her best was during the incident involving the SS Tsiolkovsky. At one point during the time in which the crew was suffering from polywater intoxication, she inquired as to my intimate functionality to which I replied that I was indeed fully functional and anatomically correct. She then proceeded to--"

Sela: "DATA! That is my MOTHER you're talking about!"

Data: "I am aware, I remind you my memory functions are several orders of magnitude more efficient than yours. As I was saying, I noted that her attire was quite bizarre, and not in line with uniform regulations in any way whatsoever, but I did not have much time to examine the outfit as she began to remove it almost immediately and --"

Sela: "STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT!!!"

Data: "I do not understand, you requested all information in my memory banks regarding your mother, I do not understand why you are upset when I am merely complying with your--"

Sela: "SOMEONE MAKE HIM STOP, GET HIM OUT OF HERE I BEG YOU PLEAAASEEEE....!!!"

    You forgot:
Data: "I also managed to record a visual log of the encounter, if you are interested..." ;)

Well, there is a Riker in a yellow uniform. In an NG episode where the Enterprise finds a largely destroyed Federation outpost on an inhospitable planet they found a transporter clone of Riker alive on the outpost eking out an existence while awaiting rescue.

If i remember right in the old cardi arc thomas riker was dead as far as what his son said O.o

Sparkly skin on his hand as he sets the hologram on the table...

    It's B4/Data

Yes we encountered Joshua Riker in the pre-revamp Cardi arc (I miss him) and he stated that the transporter clone known as Thomas Riker who had been in a Cardassian prison following his joining the Maquis & stealing the Defiant had died sometime after the Dominion War.

Yeah i actually miss that mission it really gave a nod to TNG era with joshua riker, woulve bn nice to at some point get joshua an will to meet maybe have frakes do the VO for will :)

I seem to remember that chip being fused into data's head, and he could only disable it.

...But I'm leaning toward this being Wesley.

and even if he had been aging, he's only in his 60s or so, depending on how old he was during TNG's start - people TODAY still have all their hair in its natural color (and without cheating by dying any gray ones that might've shown up) while in their 60s, though that's uncommon

If memory serves me correctly, in All Good Things (yes I know, but bear with me) he dyed white streaks into his hair out of preference to look more like his contemporaries but really, he didn't have to if he didn't want to. Could explain why his hair looks like it's usual shade in the game, assuming it's him at all.
