I noticed that when I use the Aquarius console or the chevron separation console the console is activated and stays active, but the launched pet fades out and disappears until the console is deactivated at which point the pet reappears and docks with the ship. this bug appear on both the T5, T5-U and T6 Ody vessels. the issue also is present in the exploration cruiser retrofit's saucer separation console. but it does not appear to affect the multi vector console or their associated ships. I do not know if the other faction ship equivalents to the ODY are affected or not.

If someone reading this has the KDF or ROM version of ODY, please report whether or not the console bug is affecting those ships as well. also please post if there is another console launched pet I am not aware of that exhibits this bug.

Elachi Subspace Receiver: both support craft warp in, then immediately fly away and disappear. Cancelling ability doesn't bring the craft back, but does start the cooldown.
Interestingly, the D'Kyr support craft fails differently. It launches, flies away and disappears, then immediately returns and docks without manually cancelling the ability.

First time I got the Multi Assault Fleet Advanced Escort I did the serapation in sector space, and the two pets flow away.
From the first time I engaged multi assault mode in a combat space sector, the animation was identical to the one i got in open space sector (Sol system) but the pets just fired one or two phaser beams meanwhile they left and disappeared. I hope those info may give you some extra data on how to solve the Multi assault mode separation issue. Happy holidays!

The Sheshar Assault Craft console comes with the Elachi Sheshar Dreadnought Cruiser [T6]
The Elachi Subspace Tranceiver console can be equipped on the Sheshar, but comes with the Elachi Monbosh Battleship [T5].
Just noticed this yesterday when I bought a D'kyr, then found this thread and discovered my Elachi Assault Craft doesnt work either... put in a ticket before I knew it was a common problem, hopefully this will be fixed in the next patch.

yes im also having the same problem over a month already Haakona warbird and prometheus after separation the secondary ships just fly off left me alone to die LOL , when will this be fixed ? we all paid for the game not free , especially when i summit 4 times in " report a bug" you finished fill in your issues , after you click "submit " you can never even find back your ticket or last message , what to do ? i need guidance , and patience :P ,may i ask have you guys get any replies or feed back from GM yet ? its like no replies quite a while or is there a new patch up upgrade etc.. coming soon ,and the patch will fix all bugs or faults etc.. ?? , i,d really hope to seek for some answers , many thanks , To every crew,

Yeah same here. My Chevron Seperation doesn't work on my Odyssey tacticle cruiser. Iv submitted a support ticket. And Iv got no response. The devs don't seem to be responding to anything atm.

Edit: I removed the correspondence with staff as it might be against the rules to post that. Needless to say they said they were unaware of the fact that these launch craft were broken. Perhaps people should report the bug in game under the help and support button.

Having said that, their audacity of calling this an 'unreported gameplay bug' is quite astounding.
Maybe people need to go in game and hit the "Report Bug" option under help and report this as a bug. Seems they are not as aware of it as they should be unless this forum does the same job as the in game report.
Been noticing this a lot myself as well. My belief is that the recall command is being prematurely triggered after launch and partially completes, causing the pet (saucer, cheveron, vectors, et al) to disappear from gameplay.
I have found a solution to somehow get rid of this bug. I use it, but please notice that this might be seen as an exploit as well:
When clicking on the seperation ability, whatever seperation ability it is, the ship performs a few second long seperation. During the seperation process you have to quickly click on the same ability again. This way your seperated saucer / other section stays by you.
The exploit part of this is that a SECOND seperated saucer / other section reattaches to your ship. Now you have your pet seperated saucer / other section as well as your ASSEMBLED ship. Your ship stats are those your ASSEMBLED ship would have without the seperated saucer / other section.
