I don't want Shatner in STO.
Look, I really like Kirk and the TOS movies are my favorite Star Trek period. That being said, Shatner is an TRIBBLE and would cost STO money that they could be spending on more content and more voice actors. Give some of the other people more shots. I mean, regardless of how you feel about Sela (I know that I hate her) the voice acting has been pretty good and I've been very happy with how the dev team has handled it. There's no need to do Shatner and I just feel like he would mock it or something of that nature.
His TWoK and STIII Kirk was really good and I even thought he good in Undiscovered Country, but otherwise... he feels a bit overrated.
If we're gonna shell out the dough, get Patrick Stewart or somebody who will take it seriously and do a great job.
