I have missing items, upgraded ones no less. It happened when I was changing ships. They just disappeared and were nowhere to be found. I put in a Support Ticket [160209-001060], but I will also list the information here, too.

I consider myself fairly adept at finding work around for missing gear. Select another ship, apply the loadout and usually missing items reappear. Not today.
The amount of missing gear is too much to list - however my core items I use to do reviews of the ships is gone.
Missing:
5 elite XIV fleet phaser arrays
5 XIV AP Arrays of varying quality from gold to UR
Neutronic torpedo launcher XIV
360 KCB
360 degree Phaser array
I have so much gear that yes, it might be possible I'm not right here - but - the items above are used in my blog posts. Screencaps exists so I know I had these items on this toon.
Really frustrated at the moment. A lot of money and time was invested in this gear.
Leveled to level 40 on my federation character. Did the quest for the new ship and got my token. Went to the ship vendor, got the heavy escort, went to select it and it was not there. Vendor just ate my ship token and now I can not get my new ship. 690k ec also disappeared from my level 56 rom allied to klingon character.
When i logged in this morning my current ship (the new krenim event ship) and all the gear on it was gone, the ship i dont really care about cause i can reclaim it but all of my gear and space items were just gone.... i now have nothing to play the game with i have submitted several support tickets and gotten no response so now im going to try posting here.... please help

One as bound to account, the other unbound (as I had yet to equip it to something). I can't help but think it had something to do with the addition of the Agony Phaser Omni-Beam to the game, but nothing I can say for certain.

It's been a long road, getting from there to here~
Do not know if this is the right place but I have lost/not received Reputation equipement and boxes. I get the Dilithium but thats it. I have waisted about 600 fleet marks on different factions without knowing until hours later that I would not get the reward after.
I can say i am a little Peeved because some of them go on for 20 hours and others just seconds. I had about 10 thinks going at once and received just one thing.
I'm not impressed as this has only started since the last update.
I recently had an issue with my items. I would try to discard an item that I wanted to throw away, but instead, the system would discard another item from me that I did not want to discard. This happened on multiple occasions, and in the end, the items that discarded were items that I valued the most.
The first time that this happened was when I tried to discard my normal science console. I right clicked on my science console, and hit "discard." However, I looked in my chat, and instead, it discarded my precious Krenim universal console Timeline Stabilizer Field. I was astonished, and I couldn't find anyway to get my Krenim console back -- it didn't have any Energy Credit value, and it wasn't in the Retrieve tab of my Replicator.
The next time, I tried discarding a normal consumable. This time, the system discarded my Triolic Pattern Enhancer -- another item that I couldn't get back! At this point, I thought that the system was swapping out the item that I wanted to discard with a similar type of item in the first slot equiped on my character/ship. It's almost like if I was going to equip the item I wanted to discard, and then discarding the item that would come off once I equipped the item that I originally wanted to discard.
The next time, however, proved otherwise. I wanted to discard a hypo, but instead, it discarded my Resonating Tetryon Beam Array! These two items were completely unrelated. However, the chat window said, "You SOLD Resonating Tetryon Beam Array for 16,904 Energy Credits." Now, I thought I would be able to retreive my beam array from the Replicator, since it had said that I sold the item for energy credits, but when I looked in the Retrieve tab of my Replicator, it wasn't there!
Please help! I’m afraid of continuing to play, but thank you for making STO the most fair and enjoyable MMORPG out there, and thanks for reading!
I am not sure if this is the exact same issue that I am having or not but it was recommended to me by support to post my issue on the forum and this sounds like a similar issue to mine. As I am new to the forums and game I seem to be unable to make a post of my own. Does anyone know how long it typically takes to resolve issues like not receiving an item that you paid for with real world currency in STO? I am new to the game and don't know how best to have my issue resolved and/or how "patient" I need to be. I was planning on spending a a large sum of gift money in support of the game and am a little leery at the moment as it sounds as if the game is having some issues. as a reference I have posted the record of my correspondence with GM support regarding my issue. Thanks to anyone that may give me a little guidance with this issue!

In-game bug reports doesn't provide personal feedbacks on reported cases. Once the issue is addressed it will be updated in-game on the upcoming maintenance. While we understand the need for a fast resolution, some issues require further action from departments outside our control, and cannot be immediately resolved by a GM. Please rest assured that our developers work to resolve all bugs as quickly as possible.

Had an epic console disappear on me when I switched ships at the ship selectir, worst part is, it was a loving store console. It's going take forever to replace.

Well to my surprise when i looked after the patch my respect went from 5 to 2 , now when i tested on tribble i had these points and used them to test builds with the new system . these respects where paid for a while ago sitting there for days when builds need to be changed with game changes , i want them restored to my account . its just the 4 missing respects but its the principle of the thing

Hello come to report a problem in the game where I can not get out of the guild that created or even pass her position to someone in order to leave the option to quit guild is off and will not appear active to leave! I've lost a Dyson Rep Warp Core, Terran Torpedo and Maco Impulse engines. I submitted tickets, but was told by the GMs unless I could pinpoint the exact time they went missing, I wouldn't be getting them back.
Kind of frustrating when you have a number of different pieces of equipment and you regularly swap between them. I know for a fact I had the gear as it show's up as "being on another ship" for some of my builds but then promptly disappear when I select ready ship.

I know I lost an epic antiproton turret because I saw it the day before I needed it. I looked all over and started having doubts about my memory. Not sure what else have disappeared. Have not played my other characters. I am sure you will have it on record.
All 3 pieces of the Omega force reputation space set disappeared. It says it is equipped on another ship but cannot locate it anywhere. Submitted ticket. Hopefully they can fix this issue, all though I cannot recall them ever fixing a bug after I submit a ticket. I will wait and see.
i recently gained level 10 and i'm supposed to receive a free ship but when i clicked the the buy button a thing poped up that said i had bought it but i whent to the select ship place and it was not there
I don't know where to post this and I can't create a new thread, because I'm new. When I bring up the inventory screen before a mission, the "crew" button is gone. Is there another way to equip the away team with EV suits, or is this a bug?
