Ah, copyrights. They're a pain in the TRIBBLE, keeping us from having what we want in the game.
But that won't stop me from naming a ship that could fit: the Glorious Heritage-Class cruiser from Andromeda. It's a very Trek-looking ship.
And here's what I think the ship would look like in terms of consoles and weapons.
Glorious Heritage cruiser/carrier
Tier: 6
Fore weapons slots: four
Aft weapon slots: four
Engineering consoles: 4
Science consoles: 4
Tactical consoles: 3
Device slots: 3
Hangar bays: 2
Hangar pets: Centaur slipfighters
Can mount cannons
Turn rate: 7
If you agree, lovely. If not, that's your business.

Not sure what consoles either version would have, or what the Ship Trait for the Retrofit version would be.
I look forward to seeing what all of you think!!

I WANT TO SEE PICTURES!!

If I knew HOW to do that, I would've. I play the game; usually I avoid the forums like the plague they usually are.

Here would be the default skin:
An alternate skin, still usable on the basic T1 version:
And finally, the Retrofit version for the T6:
Might not be 'classic Trek', but I think they might fit.

I like this look for some reason. I wish they could put this class in game.

Nor should they be. Their ships would look weird.
If the Kelvin had survived, she probably would have either been decomissioned by the time the TOS Enterprise was launched, or recieved a refit like this. But it does look nice. Replace that secondary hull with another warp nacelle, and you'd have a TOS Era Akula.

Shadow class Romulan Science ship from Star Trek: Armada II
Fek'lhr class Klingon Science ship from SFC III Ported to Star Trek: Armada II

Jindarian ships.
In the real Star Trek universe, maybe, but in STO we have ships or ship replicas that are older than the Kelvin. So, hey, anything would be possible.
Heh, I thought the same thing. It looks heavily inspired by the Centurion from Privateer.
Plus, it's canon, it fought the Borg Cube at Sector 001.

You and me both.
Found one of these to place in ST:A2 as well. Nice destroyer.
We never did figure out how to get hull markings to work correctly.
And now just to stir the pot a little...heeheehee
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

you mean like decals or faction emblems? those types of things on A2 ships were just stuck on the texture itself
