STO is now unlocked! While we're still bringing up the ArcClient, webpage, and billing, you can now log in.
up, is it? Launcher only tells me loading, please wait on a black screen. after 10 minutes of looking at this screen and nothing changing, I am going to assume that its totally broken right now because it was "fixed". Maybe I'll check back tomorrow.
End of the day, we still like it, they STILL didn't ruin it enough for us to leave!

I too got SNRs, and login_timeouts. Went to reboot my computer after forcing sto closed because it was stuck on 'connecting to login server' for several minutes, and now i'm getting the launcher auto-updater loops ('tried connecting 9 times' at this post's posting)
After more attempts, and an error message, i finally got the launcher to work
Out of curiousity, why's the website-news page still down?

the 12 hour server down for maintenance is now over for the past 36 minutes, and you still cant login the game and not even get the arc launcher! will a new season ever be available at the time its supposed to be ready? ((

This is not the new season Launch. Thats still a few weeks away.
Everything Arc-related still down, even the website... Guess it'll be down until sometime Wednesday/today, then...

Have you cleared your cache, Ctrl-F5? If that doesn't do it, can you screenshot the error you get -- is it that you get redirected to the Extended Maintenance page when you try to go to arcgames.com, or do you get a DNS error? What error do you get when you try to log in to the Arc client, or when you run the launcher and log in on it? I'm at the office for a little while longer, I might be able to poke around if the details give me a good lead.

Now THAT is a weird one. If you've got time to poke around, I'd be interested to see what you're running into -- the below are the checks I'd run, and if you'd like, feel free to use them.
-Ctrl-F5 or otherwise clear cache
-Change browser
-Logged in, or logged out? Try switching
-Are subdomains redirecting? Try https://support.arcgames.com/ or https://billing.arcgames.com/en/chargenew/
-Are the other redirects we set up affecting you? Try www.perfectworld.com/login (the www is important, in this case), and just for giggles, launcher.perfectworld.com/fw/launcher.html

Just use the .exe in your STO folder. You don't need ARC or Steam at all, just use the games' native launcher

Know it's a bit late to the party but I was asleep, timezones and all that jazz, but I've tried that and for some reason it doesn't work for me . I suppose some day I'll try to figure out why, but that day is not today.
