How to claim arc games upgrade to lv60 and T6 ship

Hi all,

Bit stuck on how to claim arc games upgrade to lv60 and T6 ship I had the email and the code to redeem but the is no instructions on to claim either! Please help :smile:

    Probably through Arc application you must have installed. On the top left corner you will find Arc icon. When you click on it, first option you see is "Redeem a Code".

    I'm having the same issue. I redeemed the code. Finally found where to upgrade character. C-store, click promotions. Then redeem. I cannot for the life of me find where to claim the ship.

    i received an email saying i was given a free T6 ship and a boost to level 60 for one of my captains as well.I redeemed the code which was valid but now i can not find the ship or boost on any of my captains. I've checked the c store on all of them and nothing.starting to get a bit cheesed off here as i thought that things looked interesting again and was planing to resub.

    a) be lucky enough to recieve email
    b) copy code from email
    c)
    (i) click on link which said something like "redeem key now" from within email and log in (if required), paste code, follow process through.

    OR

    (ii) go to https://www.arcgames.com/en/redeem, log in (if required), paste code, follow process through

    OR

    (iii) open ARC client, log in and click on top left menu then Redeem Code, paste code, follow process through

    (d) Whichever method you use, it will confirm that items have been sent.

    (e) In the case of this giveaway, the ship and boost to 60 can be claimed from the C-Store > Promotions tab within game.

    Eiledon did that it confirmed i had entered a valid code but once i am in game the boost and ship aren't there. I'm not sure if i can submit a ticket or what since it's been so long since i last subscribed to sto.

    You are definitely looking in the promotions tab?

    If you still can't see it then yes you should raise a ticket from the arc website.​​

    its confirmed that they messed up and sent the promo code for neverwinter in the STO emails. No communication from ARC yet as to if or how they will fix it.

    See clavdex note above - I knew they had sent out PWI emails with neverwinter codes it seems they did the same with sto!

    Open the arc client, and click on the redeem key button again, and then there should be an option to view redeemed keys - check which game your last code went to. Bets are it was neverwinter.     ​​

    Yea Eiledon it's now showing i redeemed a neverwinter stronghold resources promo code. blah and here i was looking forward to a nice shiny new T6 ship to blow stuff up in.
