Did you know that ban-evading like you're doing here is usually considered a bannable offense?

Posting Specifics about Moderation is an Infraction of the rules around here and could lead to worse punishment.
Better to just say you're ticked-off over a problem that happened, you've submitted a Ticket and are awaiting a response.
Leave out the details of what actually happened and hope for a fast resolution.

Send Trendy a message as to my knowledge she is the only one who can ban from forums the rest are unlikely to have that power.

I suspect the mods are under alot of stress. Stay clear of them for a while. Message laughing on this, dont post moderation actions on the forums.

forum moderators cannot ban people, they can alert actual pwe staff (like trendy) who can action infractions. If you were banned it was by a member of pwe staff.

So, you instigated something and, some others joined in and, you got banned but, want everyone else who joined in to suffer the same? As usual, if one does wrong, than all who does wrong must suffer the same voucher! You got what was deemed right by the staff and, they got was was deemed right as well! Don't go spreading your punishment onto others, just because you're left with a sour taste in your mouth!

If he did would he be posting here?

"He shall be my finest warrior, this generic man who was forced upon me.
Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.

It's not ban evasion if one has multiple game/Arc accounts (which are tied into the forums), and only one of those accounts has been locked.

OP, why are you sweating this? You have more than one account, so you can access the forums. If it was a mistake, then simply get in touch with the CM. In the meantime, simply used the unlocked account.

And if your main account hasn't been blocked from the game, then this thread is even more pointless. No offense.

Actually it is unless the forum rules have changed. I can't seem to find a link on the forums to the rules.

In the old forums it was against the rules to use another account to get around moderation such as a ban or suspension. Also it was against the rules to discuss moderation, as someone has already pointed out.

Edit: Think I found it. Link at the bottom of the homepage that says 'Terms of Service'.

    http://www.arcgames.com/en/about/terms

    Hmm......

The 'ToS' doesn't seem to say anything specific about the forums though. It looks like it's mainly aimed at in-game conduct for the various games. So it seems that basically, we have no forum specific rules at all, at least not yet or any posted that I can find.

Edit: Someone was nice enough to post a link to the forum rules http://perfectworld.vanillaforums.com/discussion/1191393/perfect-world-entertainment-community-rules-and-policies

    The forums rules does say
Posting Private Correspondence: You may not post messages that have been sent or received in private. This includes, but is not limited to: ....Discussing disciplinary actions taken against any forum, or game account.
    And a little below that
Circumventing a Suspension/Ban: You may not create or use another account to circumvent a suspension or ban.

Best thing the OP can do is contact customer support and dispute the ban, while you make sure to be as polite as possible. At the very least you could ask them to give you a reason why your account got banned. In the terms of service agreement it says that for account terminations they won't bother to notify you of the ban at all. https://support.arcgames.com/app/home

There is no rule in the forums which states that making a funny reply is a banable offense.

Actually, there is. If the reply is considered offensive or if your humor somehow violates the terms of service.

There is also a rule against taking moderation decisions public and starting threads on alternate accounts to question moderation decisions in threads that have been removed or locked.

So basically, the only thing you have proven here is that you didn't learn from your first mistake.
    Insert witty signature line here.
