Tier 6 Jem'Hadar Strike Ship

The Tier 6 Jem'Hadar Strike Ship is an enhanced version of the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship which was a staple ship of the Dominion fleet. These ships are the most sophisticated craft in the Dominion’s fleet. The Jem'Hadar Strike Ship was built for covert operations and fleet support. It possesses incredible maneuverability with a surprising degree of durability for a ship of its size.

    Tying the trait to CRF? Interesting choice; was expecting something more OP akin to Supremacy or Reciprocity. Not sure the extended duration will amount to much when people are jousting, but people who want to dogfight in the thing should be amused combining CRF, OSS, and a close-range IT jolt.

    Run that ship on a fed, slap on Reciprocity, and enjoy permanent CRF3 - with an APO1/APD1 cycle, and OSS3. With intel and command disables because why not.

    It's almost identical the the old JHAS. So what happens to them? Do they get some lobi or zen upgrade to the T6?

    And owners of the existing Attack Ships will be able to upgrade their ships to Strike Ships as implied by the previous Attack Ship promo when?
    With the release of Star Trek Online: Delta Rising, this starship (either from this run of the promotion or from previous runs) will be upgradeable to Tier 6 starship capabilities at no cost.

    Since a starship mastery trait, hybrid bridge officer seating, and a 13th bridge officer power are the defining capabilities of Tier 6 you will be honoring your stated offer and allow Attack Ship owners to upgrade, won't you?

    Almost?Same ship model with new skin and op stats.If you want your jhas to get this upgrade you will have to win it .

    I agree, it's not broken enough.


    Needs base 30 turn rate.

    Make the Lt Uni/Cmd into a LTC Uni/Cmd.

    Needs fused Quad Heavy Dual Cannons [CrtD]x10 in a special fore slot, and has the ability to swap their energy type.

    Make it where Go For The Kill gives you a Permanent CRF + SS (As in Rapid Fire Surgical Strikes...Surgical Strikes without the slow fire rate.)

    So let me get this straight:
    -you can get this "new" bugship the exact same way you could get the old one (a box for a limited time)
    -the stats are identical to the old one
    -the only difference is not one but two specialization stations, one for each primary spec
    -it has a new console that works in tandem with its mastery tier 5 trait
    -and it has the skin of the old one and you can swap the different parts

    Are you adding "stealth insult" to your "stealth nerfs"?

    Not PvPers, unless Surgical Strikes gets a big nerf.

    Not PvEers, unless it gets enough buffs to FAW better than anything else.

    You also realize that Cryptic operates on the belief that T5U = T6. Your T5U 11 console JHAS with 10% bonus hull "=" the "stock" T6s like the original release intel ships, etc.

    Noting that the JHSS has 11 consoles, this is a T6+1 or Fleet T6. Either name is "stronger" than the T6 compatiblity that the JHAS was "promised".

    Nice try, now gamble on the JHSS :P

    Huh. Our first Intel/Cmd-Spec'd ship. Well, isn't that lovely?

    Any chance that the original "universal" BOff slots on KDF BoPs could be made to accept Intel/Cmd Specs, please?

    I don't mean to cause any negativity, because really I like this promotion, but maybe you could give some T6 love to canon hero ships?

    Example, as I query above, if you released a T6 BoP with such "truly universal" BOff slots, I'd buy it because I like BoPs (as a canon ship that would be flown canonly by the KDF, instead of a Dominion ship that would be flown by neither the KDF or Starfleet, and unlikely Romulans).


    Anyway, good on ya again for getting support for the game I love. I hope people enjoy their Strike Bugs. :)

    The player spending is not meeting their projections thats why we get this.They think those who spent alot to get the old bug will do it again.They dont know those people left the game.

    Dunno about you, but I honestly expect JHAS to be upgradable to JHSS, since they have the same skin options even, without lottery. And I would accept lobi or zen price for it.

    Well I guess there is hope for a T6 Bird of Prey now since the new JHSS has a "1 Lieutenant Universal/Command seat" we know its possible for them to do it.

    Now the question is when will we see it. :eek::D

    Don't worry ... at his point, they're pushing out "Uber-T6-Ships" & "Crafting Promos" ~every 2 months or so ... the next forgettable & failed cash-grab is just around the corner ...

    My Guess : T6 Cardassian or Borg Uber-Ship ~May-June ... including the next "Crafting Promo" ... or maybe "XP-Boost Promo" ... you know, something no sane person would buy otherwise ...
    Patch Notes : Resolved an Issue, where people would accidently experience Fun.

    The trait is nice, but it'd be much better for Cannon builds if it affected both Cannon: Rapid Fire and Cannon: Scatter Volley. As it is, it will simply will have next to no use in PvE.

    Oh I get that (though due to where the Command boff is and the limited options at Lt level I doubt it'll see much use), my first thought was CRF3/APO1/APD1/TT1 plus OSS3/IT1/TT1, but my understanding is that these days its all SS vaping and super-high-speed jousting in PVP and CSV or beamscorts in PVE, so I was more thinking along the lines of how it may be really really good in its element as a dogfighter but is there much dogfighting anymore?

    Yup, I'm hoping so, too. I'd buy it (assuming a straight-up Zen or Lobi purchase.. I won't needle-haystack gamble for it the way one has to buy this strike ship).
