OK, so I'd like to point out something I think being overlooked in this new T6 ship.
IIRC, The T5-U to T6 original argument was...
T5-U = extra (11th) console slot
T6 = +1 BOFF ability and 5th Trait
Putting the JHAS T5-U and the T6 JHSS stats side-by-side shows the following...
Both have the EXACT SAME console slot configuration
Both have the SAME BOFF layout, just added Specialization abilities on JHSS
Added T6 Trait on JHSS
Added special console on JHSS
If we went by the original definitions, the JHSS should have a 4 Engi, 1 Sci, 5 Tac console layout and Ether one of the Universal slots upgraded to LtC or the Ens. Engi Boff slot upgraded to Lt.
Why was this missed? This makes the Strike ship look less than 25th Century.
As far as consoles go, you're confusing T5FU vs T6 (not Fleet).
JHSS is Fleet level, and so are all promotion/lobi/lockbox ships. So they all gain the +1 Console and the other extra Fleet boosts, which make the T6 Lobi/Lockbox/Promo/Command Ships equal to T5U Lobi/Fleet/Lockbox/Promo ships as far as 11 consoles and Fleet boost go.
Now if the JHSS is missing a 13th Boff seat, that's an issue.
For those who are wondering if owning the JemHadar Strike Ship will unlock usage of the JemHadar Attack Ship hangar pets if you also own the JemHadar Dreadnought Carrier: the short answer is: yes. The longer answer is: If you own the JemHadar Dreadnought Carrier and either the JemHadar Strike Ship or the JemHadar Attack Ship you will be able to purchase the JemHadar Attack Ship hangar pets.

Not quite. The Attack Ship has 12 Boff powers while the Strike Ship has 13.

I wouldn't mind a T6 Bulwark even though I own the T5 version. It's about time it gets a bit of overhaul. I'll just buy the T6 version for EC.
I wouldn't mind a T6 Temporal pair either; though I first want a new T6 Temporal Science "battle cruiser" (Sci vessel with 4/3 weapons and a slower turn rate and impulse speed). The two Temporal ships do need some alternate future hull customization options anyway, and since they don't sell ship skins in the C-Store like they used to way back when, this would be the next best option.
I also wouldn't mind a T6 Adv. Obelisk or JHDC. The Obelisk needs a new AMP capable warp core (instead of another console; it's marketed with a more powerful warp core with AMP at UR), and the JHDC could just get a new skin and cosmetic detailing.
I would also support a new T6 Recluse; but only after we get a T6 Tholian Tarantula Science Dreadnought with its lovely Web Cannon as a console, and the 3-pc console set allowing for teleporting of enemies front and center like the NPC versions do.
And while we're at it, let's just toss in the Galor. For others who own it. Preferably with [Acc]x2 [CrtD]x2 mods on the Spiral Wave Disruptors it will come with. And the Tal Shiar ships, with AMP capable Warp Cores.

I would really really like just the confirmation from the Cryptic team that there will be no possibilities to upgrade the existing JHAS T5 or T5U to T6. Even though it's obvious. With an explanation of the misleading info from the previous promotion.
During that promo I got my 2nd JHAS. And I have all rare lockbox, lobi, promo ships. I would've got this one too if I didn't feel cheated. If only JHSS was somewhat different from JHAS and not just with proper T6 upgrades.
To use kind words, I'm really really sad this was done in this manner. I love this game a lot, and try to support it all the time, but this is just a devs' way to exploit loyal paying players, and they should be banned for it

More reason to skip the new ship and just focus on the one's I have.
And they already covered their "T5U = T6 capability" base.
So JHAS owners are not entitled to an upgrade to the T6 JHSS version, as they already got T6 "capabilities" with T5U.
